Something Different //J.A.

Phoenix AZ.

We were at the hotel and I had just taken a shower. I had my own hotel room now because I didn't have to share with Aspen anymore after everything that happened, resulting in her not being the assistant anymore, and I'm not a guy so I don't have to share with any of the boys. As I was drying my hair, I looked at the little half heart tattoo I had on my finger. I had forgotten that it was there. It was so small and simple. It was the one I got with Jack, so when we intertwined our fingers, it made a heart. I ran my finger over the tiny marking and smiled a little. It lead me to think about my kitten tattoo on my wrist. I finished getting dressed and threw on some clothes. But I wore a bracelet to cover my cut and tattooed wrist and a ring on my finger to cover the other tattoo. While looking for the ring, I came across the promise ring Jack gave me for Christmas. I hadn't worn it since the night we broke up. I had missed Jack. A lot. All I wanted was to be with him again. But he had already moved on to Gabbie. And they are very happy. I sighed and decided to braid my hair and then picked up my sunglasses and put them on.

After I was ready getting dressed, I decided to go eat breakfast alone. The boys had interviews today so they were going to be busy. I on the other hand, would be completely free until tonight's show. After I ate, I turned on my vlog camera and did a little shopping and exploring around Phoenix. After spending too much money and walking around a lot, I decided it was time to head back to my hotel, because I had an idea for a new song. I set up my vlog camera and pulled out my notebook. I scribbled down a few lyrics and soon enough I had a whole song written out. I edited some to parts out of my vlog where I said some of the lyrics or exposed the song, but I fast forward the clips where I was writing. I smiled as I read over the lyrics. I had a name for it also. 'Integrity.'

I was in the middle of filming a story time video when there was a loud knock on my hotel door. I dismissed myself from the camera and walked over to see who it was. "Hey Kamryn, we are done with interviews and we're wondering if you wanted to go grab some  lunch?" Corbyn said as he stood there with the boys. "I'm in the middle of filming a video, but after I finish we can." I smiled. "Can we stay and watch?" Zach asked and I nodded. "Of course, come in. But stay quite!" I said and walked back over to my camera. I sat down again and started filming and of course the guys had to say something or get in the frame every once in a while. "After running from our mom, Logan, Jake, and I... Zach! Your in the frame again!" I groaned and he apologized before moving. It was hard to film with the guys around but it was also fun.

I was telling the story about how Logan, Jake, and I got in trouble for breaking our mothers snow globe, the tv, and the ceiling fan because we were having a pillow fight in the living room. "You guys were terrible children." Jonah chuckled and shook his head. "We liked to cause trouble." I said as I laughed. "Did you guys always break stuff?" Daniel asked and I nodded. "Occasionally. Nothing really important. Well, other than the ceiling fan, tv, and my moms snow globe from her great grandmother." I said and Zach laughed. "You guys were worse than Ryan, Reese, and I. Well, Ryan's still pretty bad." He shrugged and I shook my head. "Let me finish my video so we can go eat lunch." I said as I shushed them. After I wrapped up my video I decided I was going to upload that and then upload the vlog tomorrow. "Okay! Let's go eat." I said as I clicked upload and turned around to face the boys. "Yay!" They all cheered and I laughed.

Tuesday, March 27th, 2018.

The next tour stop is Dallas TX, and we are staying at Zach's house instead of getting hotel rooms. I got to see Reese and Ryan again which was fun. Reese was always nice to me and I really liked her. She was like a little sibling. Ryan was too. I grew up around boys so he reminded me of my brothers. Anyway, tonight at the show Christina is going to be there to surprise Corbyn and I was excited about that and he fact I get to see her again. Christina and I are really close. We are both girlfrie- well, used to be girlfriends of Why Don't We members. So that made us really close. And we talk a lot too, and that's not just because of the boys. We actually relate on so many levels.
