The last few days were horrible but they weren't like my first day. I found out that it isn't hard to avoid them. I was able to dodge a lot of bullets.
Liz didn't even see me getting bullied. Looks like these guys fly under the radar. Once last period was ended I went to the bathroom and hid.
I know that if I go anywhere near my locker they'll probably stalk me until they decide to jump me. I lean against the bathroom stalls and wait. I might be wasting time but it better than having a more cuts and bruises.
I listen to the voices outside. Some loud, some quiet, some familiar, and some not so familiar. Once the talking became silence is when I can start to get ready. I just have to listen for the sound of the footsteps to walk by indicating Vanoss is leaving.
I've only been here for three days but knowing the halls they walk down and search is good to know. I listen but I hear nothing.
The silent but close to audible steps walk by. Then another and another making me believe they are all leaving now. After five minutes I walk out of the bathroom and to my locker.
I grab my stuff and bolt out of there. As soon as I make it home I run up to my room. I quickly put my stuff away and make my way downstairs. I left and walked to the mall.
Now you may be thinking. I should skate to the mall but what's the point. I have to carry around that piece of wood around everywhere while I'm there.
I was close to the mall when I got a text from Friend.
"Yo I'm lonely talk to me. My other online friend ditched me to go have fun." He said.
"Ha. You don't get enough appreciation from your friend do you?" I said.
"Yeah..." He said.
"That's why you got me you big nerd." I said.
"Yeah I guess so. Hey wanna actually play some CS or some shit. It's the weekend let's just chill." He said
"Sorry I can't right now. I'm on my way to the mall. I'm meeting up with a new friend of mine." I said.
"Gasp!! You dare make another friend!! Is it a guy? What's their name? Do they talk shit about you?" He said.
"Bitch calm your tits. The person is Liz to start off. She said she was inviting her friends to come along too." I said.
"More of them I am going to the closest mall right now to find you...if I can at least. I still don't know what you look like." He said.
"Have fun with that but you live in Canada remember?" I said.
"Oh right. My bad. I'll talk to you later." He said.
I put my phone away as I neared the building. I walked inside and looked around trying to find Liz. When I finally got tired of this I called Liz. When she picked up I asked her where she was at.
She told me by the Starbucks. When I found her we started to talk and wait for her friends. While Liz started to talk about this guy I started to zone out. I was really tempted to take my phone out but I didn't want to be rude.
While looking around I saw Mini. I tensed up immediately but Liz didn't notice since she was still talking about this guy who's name hasn't been mentioned yet. I looked at him from the corner of my eye. He seems to be looking around for someone.
He glanced over in our direction and looked away. That is until he realized who I was and put his full attention on me. I stopped looking at him when Liz pretty much screamed.
"John!" She screamed.
She ran over to a man who had long hair down to his shoulders. His hair was white and he looked pretty chill. I walked over to them and saw Liz basically talking her head off to this guy.
"Hey Liz who's this?" I asked.
"This is my friend John. We've been friends since we were five. I haven't seen him in a while so this was actually something I was really excited for." She said.
"That's cool." I said.
John the name rings a bell. Probably someone I used to know.
"Hey Liz! It's so great to see you again. So who is this?" John said before pointing at me.
"Oh right John this is (Y/N) she's my new friend I made a few days ago." Liz said.
"Oh well nice to meet you." John said while holding out his hand.
I shook his hand and the three of us started walking off. As we walked I looked back and saw Mini on the phone with someone. I narrowed my eyes at him when we made eye contact.
"What are they up to?" I said.
