"It'll take time, but it's what's best. If you need help I'm one call away. I'll visit everyone in a while to check in also." Bucky told Tony and Peter. He stood from the firm couch and tugged on his jacket.
"We really appreciate it." Tony said, causing Peter to nod.
"I just want her back." He said quietly, yet Bucky had heard.
"I'm sure you do buddy." He said with a playful wink, before exiting the building. He was a lot less hardened then he was right after he escaped the clutches of Hydra. But it had taken a while. Peter just wanted the same old happy (name) back. Yet he knew the traumas she faced were inevitable. According to Tony, anxiety and light PTSD were probably inevitable. It was times like this Tony wished he had Bruce by his side, Banner was much better with these sort of things....

The plan was pretty straight foreword. It would be conditioning her slowly to remember her past life. Step one was getting her to forget her plan, which Bucky said he thinks he accomplished after a long and one sided talk with her. Step two was reminding her. They were working off of only limited pictures and words though. It would take months at least, according to Bucky. And despite his plan being straightforward, it was very uncertain.

It had been a week, and it seemed she had forgotten her mission. Instead she blankly sat on the floor, mumbling in a million languages about Hydra. They couldn't get her to even look at them, let alone speak. She also only ate once a day, and rarely twice. She also only slept on the floor and not on the small cot they gave her, which was odd. Peters heart clenched at the sight of her. She didn't look healthy. The bags under her eyes and her noticeable cheekbones gave it away, she was also very pale.

It was any other day when Peter sat across from her, holding his hand out on the glass.
"(Name)." He said, coxing her to speak. She stayed with her eyes trained to the wall behind him. It was like she had no purpose without a mission. They had broken her, programmed her like a machine to do only their bidding.
"Do you remember when you found out I was Spider-Man? I swooped in and saved you from the kidnapper? You looked so pretty that night. I think it was the only time I've seen you wear a dress..." he rambled, his cheeks dusted pink. If Tony saw this he would never hear the end of it. Luckily Tony would be away somewhere in the west coast all day.

"I wish I could of taken you to that Halloween dance you were planning- but life seemed to her ahead of us there." He said, remembering how she was discovered only about a week before the dance.

"Hey, maybe some other time. Tony gets invited to enough banquets, maybe we could get dressed up and dance at one of those... who am I kidding? You hate wearing those dresses and talking to stuffy people." He continued, he had already told her that story once. It was odd telling a story to someone who lived it.

"And then there was that time we were at my house watching movies. Do you remember that? I think that's when I realized I-" He stoped the words from escaping his lips. Before he could register anything, else his mind sprouted an idea.
"Wait-" He said, a grin on his face as he jumped up off the floor.

"The sweater!"
