"Alright. Where should we start first?" I grabbed one of the books from the pile and scrolled threw it. I came across a page that talked about the meaning of love and how it can be interpreted in many ways. I didn't think it was a good time to start with this lesson so I skipped the page."Wait. Why can't we go over that lesson?" He asked from behind me, as he looked over my shoulder in curiosity.
"Oh, I didn't think it was a good time to start on this subject yet. I was thinking maybe something more simple." I said as I flipped back to the page about love. He looked at the double pages and thought for a while.
"Could I look at this for a moment?" He asked politely staring into my eyes.
"Go ahead." I said handing him the book full of all sorts of things about human emotions. He read over the pages and laid back on one of my big fluffy pillows in thought of what he was reading. Curious, I watched him and in about two minutes he had completed both of the long pages. He stood up and looked at me asking,
"I have a few questions to ask if I may." I laid back on another big fluffy pillow and told him he could ask as many as he liked.
"If I am correct, the title given to a couple as girlfriend and boyfriend, are close companions and share a certain bond, correct?"
"Yes they do but only in a special way." He seemed curious to know why.
"What kind of way?" I closed my eyes for a moment and relaxed answering his question.
"When a man and a woman are dedicated to each other, they spend their life to help and guard each other from the dangers of the world. No one else does that more willingly than people who truly love each other. Their feelings for each other are so deep that they are willing to do anything for each other. That is the special bond." I said turning onto my side as I spoke toward Vision. He seemed to think for a moment.
"Then why aren't me and you girlfriend and boyfriend?" That question seemed to shock me so much that I snapped out of my relaxation mode. I sat upwards from my place on the bed and stared at Vision in disbelief. He seemed to notice my mood and looked concerned.
"Whats wrong?" He asked putting the book aside from his lap.
"I don't think you understand. I should have explained it better; Im sorry. Girlfriends and boyfriends love each other romantically, not just as friends or even best friends."
I said trying to explain to him in better detail the essence of love. He looked into my eyes deeply and took my hand into his own.
"Well, what if I want to be that special person for you? I know I don't know human emotions very well, but I want to be there for you no matter what. Even if I have to be your boyfriend to do that. I want to be with you Y/n." He said as he moved both of my hands in both of his. I was shocked.
"Are you sure you want to be with me? As I said before I'm not important like you." I said looking down from his eyes that had been staring deeply into mine. He lifted my head with his first finger and his thumb and looked into my eyes even deeper.
"Even if you don't feel important to anyone else, you are always important to me."
I think we could give this whole love thing a try. We are both beginners after all.
Thank you all for being so patient! I love you all! Know you are all loved!
