Jump Inside of Your Imagination ( Voltron X Reader)

Author's Note: This was requested by @Starflower1206. I hope you like this story. I'll admit, trying to write and extra character in the story was a bit challenging for me, but I managed to do it.

The empire was hosting its annual social event inside of their famous  social hall. The Galra's had an interesting taste in music; for some events they'd play big band jazz and for others they'd play electro and techno music. Since this was more of an elegant social gathering, they decided to stick with the big band jazz.

The men usually wore their uniforms but this time they wore either purple, black, or navy blue suits. Each and every bow tie or neck tie made their necks look distinguished and their shiny cuff links made their hands look great. They looked sharp, sho sharp that they could slice you with just a slight touch!

The women wore traditional dresses that some were poofy and and some were fitted.

You were one of the most respected generals the empire had ever known and you were the youngest! You were the only beautiful general there and everywhere you turned , there were guys on their knees offering you flowers, love notes, chocolate, just about anything you could think of. It made you feel great inside, honestly. Guys would ask you out left and right but you knew you didn't want to be with them. You wanted a mate that loved you for who
You were not because of how you looked.

As you walked through the door, a tall galra butler handed you envelope and inside of that was your seat number and table.

"7C...," you said out loud.

As you made your way down several isles, multiple guys yelled "Still looking good, General!" Or "can you call me?" It was cute but they knew they'd never have a chance with you. Four men were talking and laughing about something but they seemed to come to a stop once you sat down. You attempted to pull out your chair, but one of the Galras beat you to it.

"Let me get that for you," one galra said.

It was quite awkward sitting at a table with arrogant men ...it was bad enough that you had to work with them almost 24/7! As respected as you are, you didn't socialize with the guys as much because some of them actually intimidated you. Why? It's just a natural response. One of the lieutenant commanders made his way to the seat next to and began to talk to you, in a soft tone.

"General. I don't think we had the chance to meet."

"Oh, so we haven't. I'm general (insert name here). Nice to meet you, uh—"

"Haxus. Lieutenant Commander, Haxus."

He grabbed your hand softly, lifted it towards his lips, and pressed three soft kisses on it. For some reason, this made you smile BIG. You were use to other men in the army performing the same action, but you never smiled as big as you did now. Then again, Haxus is one of the most respected Lieutenants in the army as well as a high ranking one. No one dared to step into his pathway and no one made him angry. He almost never showed any type of emotion, yet this particular part in time, he did.

"The pleasure is all mine, General. I've never seen you around here, ever. Why hav you been hiding from me?" He smirked evilly as he started to visually undress you. Haxus was a sly dog, he learned that from his commander Sendak. His hand was still connected to your as you began to answer his question.

"I've seen you before but you haven't noticed me? Commander Sendak and I have been in the same fleet for as long as I can remember!"

"Oh, you're right! You were that angel standing beside him yesterday, weren't you?"

You smile and glance at the ground, waiting to regroup yourself. This was beyond hilarious, but you took his compliments a bit seriously than you ever had anyone else.
