Working your hardest was the best; it showed your true work ethic. But it had a few consequences and one of them had to do with your body. If you kept working and. Working barely taking breaks and not eating properly can really damage your body.

"(Insert name here), can you pass me—"

You had fallen to the group with your papers fluttering with you. You still could hear but just barely.

"Contact Haxus immediately. He must be informed."

Your head began to spin. It seemed like the temperature began to rise because your feet felt like they were on fire. As you opened your blood shot red eyes, you glanced at Haxus who immediately dropped to his knees to try and pick you up.

"(Insert name here)! Can you hear me?"

You could hear him but your hearing started to fade away. All you could see were the insides of your eye lids. Yes, only black.

"Can you hear me?"

You awoke with a startle. You sat up from your comfortable bed, not aware of your surroundings. You were the only one in the room, this particular alone time startled you. You nearly jumped out of the bed but not to far because the IV chord tripped you. Before you could do any more damage, Haxus come rushing up the stairs with a tray of food. When he saw you on the ground he nearly lost his mind!

"Don't yell, please," You our say dryly.

"What is the matter with you? You're supposed to be in the bed, not on the ground!"

He slammed they tray of food on the wooden dresser and helped you up gently. Honestly, you were in no mood for his yelling.

"If you're just going to yell at me, just leave me be."

After placing you on the bed, Haxus sighed heavily. His angry face softened as he glanced at you. Yes, you were crying a bit because you were in pain and your mate still doesn't have control over his emotions. He glanced into your (insert eye color) eyes. He means well, he's just to overwhelmed at the moment. He looked into your eyes and you looked it o his. You weren't really crying tears just streamed from your eyes. Maybe it was the sickness. Maybe it was the stress. Who knows ? Haxus took his thumb and wiped away the few tears you had streaming down your face.

"Tell me what's wrong," he said with a bit of anger still noticeable on his voice. "I promise I won't yell."

"I don't think I'm sick at all. I keep vomiting every morning. I cry over things that do not make any sense. I've been craving chocolate lately...I just don't know what's wrong with me."

As you thought about your pain, you started to cry even louder. He placed your weary head on his thick shoulder (thank god he had been working out more). He could feel that you were in pain but he didn't know what was wrong. Food cravings...vomiting in the morning...wait. Could it be?

"How long have you been feeling like this?"

"For a while," you sniffled. It's weird. I've been feeling like this for nearly 4 weeks now."

Haxus turned his head, cursing silently. He knew what was wrong but he prayed that his conclusions were wrong. He gently gripped your arm and he held you closer. Although a concerned look was plastered on his face, he still wanted to known when he slipped up. Commander Sendak and a new trainee walked into the doorway undetected. Haxus was to wrapped up with you that he didn't notice them in the room.
