Unexpected

JB's pov

This week was my first event back so everything was riding on me doing good i was happy that Maci and Bella would be here cheering me on i had been getting closer to her lately and things were going smoothly i don't know if she was feeling the feelings that i was but i was starting to like her a little bit but i was trying to shake the feelings off but as i continued to wake up to having Maci in my house everyday we were forming a bond whether we wanted to admit it or not. 

Maci's pov

I had been the nanny of JB Mauney for almost 3 months now things were going very good i enjoyed my job a lot i was getting very close with him and Bella and i liked where things were going. Except that i had to go to his events where Cooper would be the only good part will be seeing my brother there, but JB wants Bella at his events so i have to go in order for her to some one to watch her the event for tonight was Oklahoma i knew that Cooper would be ther he was riding great and on top of his game this season. i mean it was good for him but i didnt want to have to see him. I walked downstairs to find a shirtless JB chasing Bella around trying to get her to get dressed i smiled and took a video of them and posted it to my snapchat. I cleared my throat and said Bella you wanna come get ready with me she stopped what she was doing and looked up and said yes i smiled and stuck my tongue out at JB i carried Bella to my room and sat her down and asked her what she wanted to wear today and she said well i want to where whatever you are wearing i smiled and said ok i went to my closet pulled out a pair of ripped skinny jeans and a shirt that said "buck off" on it i knew Bella had the same one i paired it up with some baby blue converse that i also knew that she had and we were twinning for the day we walked back into my room and sat down i started to do my make up she said Miss Maci you know you don't need make up my daddy already thinks you are pretty with out it i blushed and continued with my make up and next we moved onto our hair we chose to put our hair in two braids we walked downstairs to see a now clothed JB smiling at us saying you two look cute i blushed and Bella goes yeah dad i know i tried to tell Maci she didn't need make up because oyu already liked her with out it JB smiled and said dang Bella you do not know how to keep your mouth closed do you. She smiled and said nope. JB rolled his eyes and asked if we were all packed to go i shook my head yes and grabbed Bella and I's bags and headed out i buckled Bella up and threw our bags in the back seat of the truck i walked around to the passenger seat and got in with in a few minutes JB walked out of the house on the phone looking pissed off. He got in the truck still on the phone he yelled "i told you you're not seeing her so leave us the hell alone" and with that he ended the call.  He looked at me and said baby momma drama. i just laughed and he said once Bella fell asleep he would tell me whats going on.  Soon Bella passed out and he looks at me and says Lexie is trying to come back into our  lives and mess everything up again she was a drug addict probably still is and she just wasn't the one for me we were great in the very start but we grew apart i tried to make it work for Bella's sake but i couldn't make it work with me being so unhappy. JB was pouring his heart out to me right now and the only thing i could do was sit back and listen to his story. I looked up to see JB wiping tears away i snuggled up to him and laid my head on his shoulder he smiled down at me and said Bella was right when she said i liked you i looked up at him and smiled i like you to i said then dozed off for a nap.
