I decided to give y'all something happy~
Palettes POV
My eyes awoke from the sound of birds chirping. Was I still alive? I sat up and looked around. It seemed as if I was in some kind of Paradise. There was lush garden everywhere. The garden had rose bushes and violets. Everything was so peaceful... So beautiful... Wait, where's Goth?
I whipped my head around, I didn't see him. I stood up and searched for him. As I walked around searching for him, I heard soft humming nearby. The melody was soft and sweet... It had to be Gothy! I rushed over to the humming, and sure enough, there was Gothy. He had on a long hooded white cloak. His scarf still in its normal place around his neck. He was sitting underneath a large tree that had birds and flowers in it. His eyes were closed, he looked so peaceful...
I silently walked over to him and sat down. I moved my hand into his. His eyes shot open and he looked at me in surprise. He jumped back a bit, "P-palette?! What are you doing here?!" he asked confused.
I gave him a soft smile and replied, "I'm here for you of course."
"W-what?! No, no! T-this wasn't supposed to happen! You're supposed to be alive! Not here with me!" he exclaimed worriedly, small tears rolled down his face. "T-this isn't supposed to happen.. You shouldn't have done this..." he cried softly, putting his hands on his head in grief.
I took my hand and cupped his cheek. "Listen here Gothy, I don't care where we are! Wether we're alive, dead, in some kind of paradise, some kind of hell, as long as I'm with you, everything's okay!"
He looked a bit taken back by my words, a soft brush of purple painted his face. "P-palette..."
"I'll love you forever and always, no matter what Gothy," I told him.
He blushed a bit darker. "I l-love you too Palette... I'm glad your here," he said softly.
I hugged him and buried my face into his shoulder. "I am too Gothy, I am too."
He pulled away after a bit. "I-I'd like to thank you, Palette... For continuing to come every friday night to look at the stars with me... It meant a lot..." he mumbled, looking away and blushing. "T-there's a sorta room area type thing here... It leads out to this cliff, it's always night out and there's stars everywhere. I stumbled across it by accident... I didn't wanna look all that much at them without you. I wasn't sure if when you died you'd join me here, and I mean, if you didn't I still wouldn't look. I wouldn't feel worthy enough of seeing such beautiful things," he giggled.
"Well, I'm here now, aren't I? Maybe we should watch the stars later," I offered. He nodded, "I'd like that."
I took his hand and stood up, "Come on then, let's go! It is still friday after all!" I exclaimed as I pulled him up. He nodded and took control of where we were going. He took me past the tree and behind a bush. We came to a reed of vines. He pushed the vines behind, revealing the edge of a cliff that had a wondrous view of millions of stars.
"Whoa..." It felt like my breath had been taken away.
Goth giggled, "Do you like it?" he asked.
"I love it..." I gasped.
He smiled up at me. He sat down and patted the ground next to him. I settled down next to him and pulled him close. "S-sorry we don't have a blanket..." he muttered.
"Its fine," I assured him.
He beamed and cuddled into my chest. I held his skull and kissed him. "I'm so happy to be here with you Palette."
"I am too!"
Finally, we can be together in peace...
