Chapter 21: PLAY IT COOL
Corbyn POV
Corbyn and Rebecca pulled up to the house at 6:15. They quietly got out of the car and Corbyn took Rebecca's hand and walked her to the front door.
"I had fun." Rebecca said turning to face Corbyn. "Me too,"Corbyn cleared his throat, "So, would you consider doing it again sometime?" He asked.
Rebecca thought for a minute before giving Corbyn a quick kiss on the cheek. Corbyn blushed. "You missed." He said pointing to his lips. Rebecca rolled her eyes and opened the door.
They made it back before anyone was up so Rebecca went upstairs to shower and change. Corbyn went up into his room to change as well.
When he came back downstairs all the guys were already up eating their breakfast. Corbyn walked into the kitchen and started to pour a bowl of cereal.
"Soooooooo," Daniel said smirking "How'd the date go?"
"Good, she even agreed to go out with me again sometime." The boys hooted and hollered, well except Jack who was busy on his phone.
"Wow im gone for one evening and y'all celebrate, I'm loved." Rebecca said sarcastically. The boys didn't notice her come downstairs. She was wearing black leggings and an oversized tie-dye shirt. Her hair was still wet from the mornings shower.
"Aw Rebecca we missed you so much!" Zach said giving her a bear hug.
"I missed her more!" Daniel said who joined in on the bear hug.
"She's my sister!" Jack put down his phone and also joined in on the hug.
"Well she's my best friend!" Jonah set down his coffee and tackled the mass of people hugging Rebecca. They all eventually feel onto the floor laughing.
Corbyn just stood in the kitchen and watched it all happen. "Corbyn you didn't miss Rebecca?!" Zach said pretending to be shocked.
"I was with her you idiot." He laughed and continued to eat his breakfast.
The guys all got off of Rebecca and let her make her own small breakfast.
"Re are you ok?" Daniel asked. "Yeah why wouldn't I be?" Rebecca responded.
"You always have like a HUGE breakfast, and all your eating is a piece of toast." He gestured to the small amount of food on her plate.
Rebecca didn't say anything at first but said the first thing that came into her head.
"Not hungry." She said. Corbyn mentally slapped him self in the face. Rebecca was a terrible liar, he knew that if the boys continued to ask Rebecca more she would crack. He pulled out his phone and called Rebecca.
She pulled out her phone and saw the caller ID. At first she gave him a weird look, but then understood.
"Be right back need to take this." Rebecca said leaving the room. Corbyn let out a sigh of relief.
He realized it would be harder to keep this a secret then he thought.
