Chapter 25
Rebecca POV
Jonah helped Rebecca move all the couches to be one big mattress and covered it with blankets and pillows. "Jonah can you run to the store and get some sour patch kids?" Rebecca asked.
"Sure, I'm assuming you want KitKats too?" He said grabbing the car keys. "Yup!" Rebecca replied while looking through movies.
"Be back in 15." Jonah left the theater, leaving Rebecca to finish organizing her surprise date with Corbyn.
When she was done, Rebecca saw that Daniels comments were exploding. She read through them and saw people were shipping her and Daniel. Rebecca laughed at the ship name 'Danicca'. Then she saw Zach and Corbyns comments and she decided to comment as well.

Rebecca put down her phone and put together last minute preparations until Corbyn came....
Corbyn POV
Corbyn walked into the theater room and saw Rebecca trying to figure out the popcorn machine. "Need a Hand?" He asked.
Rebecca jumped back surprised and recovered quickly. "Surprise!" She said gesturing to the room. Corbyn smiled and looked around the room. It was like one giant mattress with pillows and blankets. Corbyn walked over to Rebecca.
"This is awesome B, my I ask what's the occasion?" He asked. "It has been 6 months since I met you." She smiled and pulled out a small snack box filled with Corbyns favorite candy.
"So is this a date? Or a 'yay we haven't killed each other as friends' sorta thing?" Corbyn asked as they flopped onto the cushions.
"What do you think it is?" she said throwing popcorn into her mouth.
"I hope it's a date because after a confusing rejection I don't know where I stand." Corbyn said looking at Rebecca. She laughed then responded, "oh yeah! I wanted to go on another date but I wanted to plan it. I knew being the stubborn dummy you are, you would insist on paying for everything. So I went and planned my own date." She said happily.
Corbyn sat there stunned. "How are you the coolest person I have ever met?" He smiled and Rebecca blushed.
"What movie do you wanna watch?" She asked changing the subject.
"Whatever you want." He said cockily. Rebecca smirked and held up a movie. Ferris Buellers Day Off.Corbyn smiled and Rebecca put in the movie.
Throughout the movie Corbyn kept making subtle moves on Rebecca, until finally Rebecca and him were holding hands and cuddling on the couch/mattress thing. When the movie ended Corbyn sat up and clapped. Rebecca laughed and started clapping too.
Her mood suddenly changed and Rebecca seemed sad. "What's wrong?" Corbyn asked.
"Nothing it's fine." Rebecca said showing a forced smile.
"I may have had a sucky relationship (ouch this hurts to write I freaking love Corbina so much 😱) but I know when a girl says she's fine, she's not fine." Corbyn tilted Rebecca's chin to face him.
"What's on your mind?" Rebecca sighed but then said, "what am I gonna do when you and the guys go on tour?"
Corbyn froze. He hadn't thought about it. "Well I'm sure you can come." He said.
They both knew they were kidding them selfs but no one had the nerve to say it. Corbyn held Rebecca's hand and smiled, "Why Don't We figure this out?" Rebecca smiled.
"Wow, that was really bad." She laughed and pulled out her phone. "totally Twitter worthy. " Corbyn chuckled and waited for Rebecca to finish typing.
(⚠️Cringe ⚠️ )
"What is this exactly?" She said holding up her hand which Corbyns hand was still wrapped around.
"I know what I would like it to be." Corbyn said he leaned in and kissed Rebecca.
"And what would that be." Rebecca said quietly. Corbyn pulled back and pulled a small jewelry box out of his hoodie.
"Corbyn?!" Rebecca stood up and stepped back. "I'm not gonna marry you!"
Corbyn laughed and said, "no b of course not I'm not freaking Hans of the Southern Isels. But," he opened the box to reveal two oddly familiar bracelets. Rebecca smiled and picked one up to admire it. It had a gold star on it. The other one had a silver crescent moon.
"Rebecca this is the set of anklets you wanted to get at the boardwalk, and that surfer creep offered to give them to you for half off for your name. But I realized that I didn't want you to tell that guy your name because I...i had-have feelings for you. So I did the first thing I thought of, and then you got so mad at me and I felt terrible. I ended up buying the anklets and I was just going to give them to you there are the ice cream but then all that stuff went down with Jonah and add me and it didn't feel like the right time." He rambled and blushed in embarrassment.
"Corbyn!" Rebecca finally interrupted him with a kiss. "Shut up please."
"So, Rebecca Avery will you be my girlfriend?" He asked
"I'd love to."
