Carlisle x Reader

In the Cullen house, Carlisle rolls off of you. He pulls the covers up to cover you both, you snuggle into his side. You look up into his golden honey eyes, "I love you." You whisper.
"I love you too my love." Carlisle whispers back, then it hits him. His eyes go wide and he sits up quickly, thank goodness he's a vampire because if he wasn't he would be blushing hardcore.
            Carlisle lifts the blankets up slightly seeing that he didn't wear a condom, he sets the blankets down. He sighs knowing everyone heard you two. You look up at him innocently, "What is it?" You say softly tracing circles on his muscular chest.
"Two things my love, one we didn't use protection, two everyone heard us." He smiles weakly looking at you. You blush hardcore and hide your face in the blankets, "No, everyone heard us, I'm going to die of embarrassment." You whisper.
You hear him chuckle slightly, "I don't think you will die." He says softly as he uncovers your face. Your face is as red as a tomato, he chuckles. He lays on side facing you, you immediately wrap your arms around him and cuddle into his chest. You've grown used to his cold temperature, you actually like it.
                  Carlisle wraps his arms around you and nuzzles his face into the crook of your neck. You slowly fall asleep as he holds you, Carlisle stays with his face buried in the crook of your neck. He slowly rubs your back with his finger tips as you sleep, making you shiver ever so slightly under his touch. You frown in your sleep and push away from him. He watches you with an amused smile on his face. You turn on your side with your back facing him. Carlisle smiles and snuggles up to your back, spooning you.
             Magical Time skip
        In a few hours you are sleeping on your side snuggled into Carlisle's side as he is on his back. He has one arm around you, he is holding a very old book with the other reading it carefully as you sleep. Carlisle hears everyone walk into the house, drunk. Author-Chan, Imma make it where they an get drunk lol. He sighs not wanting to get up nor leave you. He decides to stay in bed with you, "Curse you alcohol." He mumbles under his breath.
