Carlisle x Reader

Of course people were watching, it was Bella, she's always nosey. But hey, she is family so I guess you can't do anything about it without Edward going apeshit. Carlisle turned to see Bella looking at him with a confused look. Carlisle simply asked, "Why are you up so late dear?" Bella shrugged and walked over to him.
She looked up at him and said, "Is Y/N okay? I know how vampire babies are." She smiles and Carlisle just stands there and nods before walking off. He speeds back to your shared room. He sits beside you with a half smile half frown, he didn't want to lose the love of his life. Yes there's a chance you will change into a vampire and that chance overpowers the chance of you actually dying but it's still there and it haunts him.
"What will I do without you, love?" He asks as he caresses your sleeping forehead gently, he feels that you're warmer than usual. "It can't be a fever, she can't get sick now." He thought. He sighs heavily and keeps caressing your beautiful face. (Hey love yourself you're beautiful) Carlisle rubs his head with his other hand, "I cannot lose you." He mumbles to himself trying to stay sane, he has so many nightmares plaguing his mind at the moment.
"C-Carlisle?" You weakly and tiredly call out, your arms searching for him and you find him. You hold onto his crisp white T-shirt, "Say something, I'm scared. I had a nightmare." You start to sob and hold onto him. He quickly grabs you up and puts you in his lap. He holds you and rubs your face with his cold hands.
"What was it about, love?" He softly asks honestly wanting to know yet not.
"I-I had a nightmare that I had the baby and you killed it." You keep sobbing and you hold onto his shirt tightly, "Please promise me, you won't do that." You mumble getting tired from all the crying, doing anything anymore makes you tired. That pissed you off more than anything, you stop crying and the hormones change your mood just like that. You're pissed now, "Carlisle you mother fucker why did you get me pregnant in the first place, you're like 1,000 years old!" You scream at him.
Little did you both know that the whole family was piled up at the door listening to this whole conversation. Edward finally whispers, "Damn her mood changes quick."
