The hero | Link x reader

Both you and Link went home, Link put his green tunic on.

"Link! Are you ready?"

"Yes, come on."

Link had prepared some food for you two.

As you both were leaving and passed by the spring then you heard the spirit again.

"Come to my spring."

You followed its orders. You went in and Link followed you.

"To protect yourself, you will need the princess's bow. The ancient princess that fought along the hero's side used to bow. It possesses great power, and strategy."

A bow appeared coming down to you.

"It's name is, the Vigorous Bow."

You had the bow in your hand. "Woah."

"Hero of twilight, here's your legendary sword and your shield."

The Master sword and the Hylian shield appeared in Link's hands.

"Head over to kakariko village. I wish you good luck."

The light spirit vanished again.

"Princess, Huh?" Link said behind you.

You looked down. "There's something I haven't told you yet."

"What is that?" Link asked.

"I'll tell you on our way to Kakariko, come on."

Minutes later.

"So, what were you going to tell me?"

"Oh yes,
Well how do I start...?" Your heart started beating fast.

"Okay, I am a princess from my kingdom, it was a beautiful place until darkness took over. At first, my people never knew what it was, but my mother sensed it. She didn't told anyone about it except me."

"What happened when evil came to your place?" Link asked, he was very curious about your past.

"It was unexpected. Monsters were surrounding the village and the castle. Many of my people died. Inside the castle, the guards were trying to protect me and my mother b-but..." you were holding your tears back so badly.

"But, what..?" Link knew you wanted to cry.

"(Y/N), it's okay to cry."

"T-the Castle was burning up, I tried to escape with mother but she left me behind. I was trapped inside the castle. S-so, I jumped from the castle to somewhere in the village." You started to cry because you having the thought of someone leaving you to die, hurt you deeply.

"Here.."

Link hugged you.

"It's okay, I'm here for you now. If something happens to us, We'll be together to live it." He said .

Before you could say something, you heard a voice.

"Master?"

"Huh?" You and Link said in unison.

"Master, don't cry."

It was your bow. It was talking.

"W-what? You can talk!?"

"Yes, Master. One more thing too...I can become a spirit."

"......."

"My apologies."

The bow disappeared and was transformed into someone. Dark hair, orange eyes, and a bit short.

"Master, call whatever you please. A name is a strong signal between me and you. As well, me and you share the same mind and body."
