Save Me

They got back to Eliot's and something wasn't right. Good thing Alison was with Nicole, Eliot thought as they went in. Nikolia took off his suit jacket, ready to fight. They went up stairs cautiously, finding Mario in his and Chloe's room. "Get Chloe out of here." Nikolia told Eliot. "I'm not leaving." Chloe hissed, her hand on her pistol.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you, Ms. Bishop, your father's life is in danger."  Mario warned with a smile. "You son of a-" Chloe began. "Leave them out of this." Nikolia growled taking a step forward. "I'm the one you're after." "If it wasn't for her protecting you, I would've been able to kill you." Mario told him. Mario pulled out a knife, "So tell me, how did you get that flashdrive?" "Not only am I a good cook, I'm good with computers." Nikolia told him smirking. That was a lie, he was horrible at computers but he wasn't going to give up his source. They'd get killed.

Mario clearly didn't believe him. He came closer to Nikolai, pulling out a gun. Nikolia reacted quickly. He knocked the gun from Mario's hand, the two began to fight. Chloe wasn't able to get could aim on them with them moving so quickly. Eliot was on the phone, keeping Chloe back.

"Did you know your mother came to me?" Mario taunted. Chloe felt her blood freeze. That wasn't something you mention to Nikolia. "She begged me to let you go. She was so damn pathetic. She even offered her body to me. I would've accepted had she not been so pathetic." Nikolia threw some well placed punches, but Mario managed to dodge them.

"You've always been one of my best fighters. Had your ability to slip in and out of places not been so important I would've had you become one of my fighters." Marior said as a punch slammed into Nikolai's ribs.

The loss of air for a moment allowed Mario to put him in a headlock. "Maybe once I'm done with you, I'll take your woman to my bed. I love breaking a woman's spirit." Nikolia was loosing air but he had one last move to make. One that would ensure neither he nor Mario could ever hurt her. "I love you baby." Nikolia said before he put a foot on the foot board of the bed and shoved with all of his strength.

Chloe watched in horror as the two of them through crashed the window. Eliot and her rushed to the window. Nikolia and Mario had slammed on to the glass patio table. Neither were moving. Chloe flew down the stairs, trying to get to him. He laid on broken glass, not moving. His pulse was weak and his breathing was almost non-existent.

"Damn it Nikolia!" Chloe screamed hitting his chest. "Wake up. You can't tell me you love me and then leave me!" She cried, her head on his chest. "I need you." She felt a hand in her hair. Her head shot up. His eyes were half opened. "I'm sorry baby." He coughed, blood coming out of his mouth.

He cupped her cheek, "I don't like seeing you cry baby." His thumb ran over her cheek, wiping her tears. "You can't leave me." She cried. "I love you Nikolia Dawson." He gave her his famous smirk before coughing up more blood. Sabel's arms wrapped around her, picking her up and away from him so the paramedics. Eliot was with Alexander and Micha talking.

Chloe was screaming and crying. Sabel held on to his baby sister. Chloe felt like her world was exploding around her. Her father and now the tattooed man who saw himself as no good were both on the brink of leaving her. She cried and gripped Sabel's shirt.

"What happened?" Sabel asked Eliot. "Mario was here when we got here. He was upstairs in their room. They began to fight and I had to keep Chloe back or I would've helped. Mario got him in a headlock and threatened to come after Chloe. He did what he thought would keep the bastard away from her permanently, even if it meant they both died." Eliot ran a hand through his hair in frustration.

Chloe didn't hear them. She was too busy crying in fear and in anger. At the hospital she waited in the OR waiting room.

Viviana and Cole were torn to go to their daughter or stay with Danteous. Eliot had told them what happened and they prayed he made it. Danteous was doing better, they removed majority of the wires and tubes. Doctors said it was just a matter of time before he woke up and they wanted to be here for when it happened.

Their heads snapped up when they heard a cough. Danteous was awake. Viviana threw herself into his arms and he caught her instinctively. "Shhhh." He said as he ran a hand through her hair. "We almost lost you." She cried."I'm still here." He told her before kissing her. Then he grabbed Cole by his shirt and kissed him.

"Where are the kids?" Danteous asked them. Then they filled him in on Nikolia. Danteous threw the covers off, and moved to the edge of the bed. He didn't have the strength but that didn't matter. Cole didn't say anything as he got the wheelchair. They weren't going to argue with him on this.

After making sure he was good to go, they wheeled him to where his kids sat. Chloe was curled up in Sabel's lap, crying. "Princess." Danteous said. Her head snapped up. "Daddy..." She was then in his lap hugging him. "They told me about Nikolia. I'm so sorry honey. If I could trade places with him, I would." She sniffled, "He would hit you if he heard you say that. He knows how much you mean to me."

Danteous kissed the top of her head. "Mr. Bishop, you shouldn't be out of bed." A nurse said, crossing her arms. "Fuck off. My family needs me." Danteous told her.

Just then a doctor came out holding a clipboard. Chloe got to her feet. "How is he?" She asked him. "He was stubborn. He flat lined twice, but he came back both times. His heartbeat and pulse are strong. He had a lot of internal bleeding but we managed to stop it. Other than that his injuries are minor. He'll be sore, and after a week of rest, he'll be able to go home." Relief slammed into Chloe so hard she collapsed. Her father was okay and so was Nikolia. It's as if that's all she was waiting for before it gave out.
