"Did something happen with kacchan?" He asked, addressing the elephant in the room.
"Yeah," (Y/N) sighed as she realized that she couldn't avoid the topic any longer, "I hoped that I could give it to him just like I did to you but it didn't work out that well."
"Is it because of me?"
"Don't blame yourself," she started to say but she saw him staring at her intensely. "It's not technically because of you. I confronted him about what he said and I just snapped. He didn't have any right to treat you like that."
"Do you want to make it up with him?" He asked, "I really appreciate you sticking up for me but I don't want that to be the cause of why your friendship falls apart. Despite what he did, Kacchan can be nice at times and I think that maybe someone like you can help him grow."
"Did anyone tell you that you're a gift sent from heaven," she murmured.
"I'll text you his address and you can go give it to him," he replied, a faint blush on his cheeks, "You're a gift too."
(Y/N)'s lips curled up and she was about to reply but Izuku looked at his phone and yelled that he needed to hurry up and go home.

Howwillthiswork? (Y/N) sighed as she stood in front of the house that Izuku texted her about, DoIjustapologize?
She hesitated for a minute, her legs screaming at her to turn back, but she gathered up the courage and rang the doorbell.
It didn't even take five seconds until a blonde woman opened the door. "Hello, little girl," she greeted sweetly, "What brings you here?"
"I was wondering if I could talk to Katsuki?" (Y/N) asked, uncertain of herself despite the fact that all the signs pointed how this was his house.
The woman looked like a split image of her ash blonde friend. "You're a friend of his?" She asked, to which (Y/N) nodded, "I'm glad that my son has a pretty friend like this. Hold on a second."
She turned away from (Y/N) and tilted her head towards the staircase leading to the second floor, "KATSUKI! A FRIEND IS HERE TO SEE YOU!"
The woman was just as loud as him and she couldn't help but giggle internally. It was true that they said some traits run in the blood.
After about five minutes, Katsuki came downstairs. He was dressed in gray sweatpants and a black tank top. (Y/N) didn't know why but she kept looking at his muscles and how the top outlined his abs. The moment her eyes came in contact with his furious red ones, her gaze dropped to her shoes.
"What are you waiting for?" Katsuki's mother exclaimed, pushing (Y/N) towards him, "Go upstairs! I'll prepare some dinner for you guys."
"I'm not—"
The woman turned away and hummed a happy tune before leaving the two alone. (Y/N) sighed and tried to make eye contact with him again, but she couldn't bring herself to do it.
"Are your plain shoes really that fucking interesting?" He asked after a while. (Y/N) guessed that he was fed up with the silence, which is why he grabbed her wrist and led her upstairs. Once they reached his room, he shut the door behind them, "Why the fuck are you here?"
(Y/N) tried to look at anything but his face. She didn't know how to properly apologize to him. She had never been in a situation where she messed up and needed to say sorry to somebody, which is why the words didn't come to her naturally.
"I'm," she took a deep breath, "sorry about what I did before." She still refused go look him in the eyes, hoping that he would say something.
"It's about time," he muttered, "I didn't know you had it in you but what you did before really fucking stung."
She knew that he was referring to the slap and she couldn't help but turn into a light rogue shade. She was embarrased.
"I acted irrationally," she admitted, "You can slap me back if you want."
"Why would I do that? I'm also," he started but stopped short of saying the actual word. "It's hard to say that. I also shouldn't have said that to Deku. I got caught up in my feelings."
(Y/N) couldn't help but feel a sense of pride knowing that he could acknowledge his mistake. She wanted to hug him just like she did to Izuku but she had trouble even lifting her head up and looking him in the eye.
"Look at my face, will ya?" He asked and when she didn't comply, he grabbed her by the chin lightly, forcing her to look at him. "That's better."
She smiled and held out her arms, asking him for a hug. He wrapped an arm around her shoulder and pulled her close, gently rubbing her back. She sunk into his warmth, appreciating the simple gesture.
This quality friendship bonding time was interrupted when a person no other than Katuski's mother opened the door and screeched. "I fucking knew that they were more than friends when she called him by his first name. Masaru, get me my camera!"
The two teenagers pulled away, flushed looks on both of their faces. "Get out, old hag! We're just friends!"
"Sure sure. Dinner is ready!"
Katsuki's mother closed the door behind her, leaving the two of them in stunned silence. Nobody said another word until (Y/N) pulled out the orchid from her pocket.
