Dinger's pov
It is now lunch time and I need to get to Bobby and Lainie before Jade does.
I am going to tell them about Jade's birthday and come up with a plan.
Usually I wouldn't make a big deal of birthdays but this is Jade we are talking about, the most beautiful girl ever.
Besides her beauty and all what she said earlier had me thinking . Her words run through my head.
Uh thanks, haven't heard that in a while
Does she mean that as in , she hasn't heard it since last year or something else.
Even if she meant last year , that means her family hasn't said anything to her , I mean if she has family.
I now am approaching Bobby and Lainie, to talk to them about Jade's birthday. I have a bit of money in my locker just in case. About enough to buy a cupcake for her and a card.
I tell them my plans and since we have roughly 45 minutes of lunch left, I quickly run to my locker and get the money from my bag.
When I get back to Bobby and Lainie we head to the closest store and get a birthday card and a 3 different cupcake flavours, just in case she has a preference.
Then we quickly head back to school , we get to my locker and we all write in the card and put the cupcakes in my locker for after school. I hope she is happy . I'd love to see that beautiful smile again today.
Jade's pov
Finally lunch is over . I couldn't find Lainie or Bobby .
I can't believe I'm saying this . But I would rather have hung out with Dinger then being forced to hangout with these dumb fucks.
These boys legit made me hangout with them . One of them had this stupid name . Dumas or some shit. Dumbass suits him more. He hit on me the whole lunch . It was so fucking uncomfortable. But every time I tried to leave , his stupid buddy's would stop me .
He told me he'd let me leave if I gave him a blowwie . No fucking way . Who does this guy think I am.
I get to my class and take a seat beside Dinger . He has this contagious smile on his face . I smile back and he looks like he just received a million bucks.
Dinger didn't say anything to me for the rest of the day , which I was fine with because I got all my work done in every class. Thank god
