(Y\N)'s pov
What is taking them so long? I feel like I've been waiting out here for almost half an hour! How long does it take to tell dice we've got the list done?
Dice's pov
I see the little cup kids walk through the door. Wait, (Y\N) isn't with them? Why? Is she hurt? Did she die? If she died under their watch, I'm killing them on the spot. I don't care if they don't finish getting the contracts, someone else will.
"Um, Mr king dice sir... We've finished isle one." The blue one hands me the clipboard.
I look it over. It's really done...
"Well ain't that a pip, you gave it to them debtors but good! Go on to the next isle..."
I walked over, next to the red mug.
"After you tell me where (Y\N) is"
"Well... Uh..."
" Where? " I asked through gritted teeth
The kids looked up, the red one slightly afraid, and the blue one terrified.
The red cup kid pointed to the door. I waved my hand towards the other door.
"Go on, I need to speak with her"
"But we-"
I turned around
"I didn't ask about what you wanted, now did I?"
They both hurried out of the door. Good.
I looked outside to see (Y\N) sitting in the dirt.
"Now doll, what're you doing?" I asked softly.
"Waiting for cuphead and mugman to finish talking to you" she answered. "We finished isle one" she smiled cheerfully. She's so cute.
"I know, sugar." I sat down next to her. Ugh I'm going to have to wash the dirt out of my coat now.
She blushed at me saying "sugar"... Did i do something wrong? Is she smiling because she liked me calling her that or is she angry at me? I can't tell. Maybe i should ask her? No. Stupid idea.
" You gonna go then? " I raised an eyebrow
She looked at me, surprised.
"Uh, yeah!" She dusted herself off, then awkwardly walked over to the door. I stood up and opened it for her.
"T-thanks!" she stuttered as she made her way to isle two. Adorable.
Uh... I mean... Annoying... Yeah, she's annoying. Definitely.
