"How are we gonna get in with all of the doors blocked?" KO asked.
"Maybe she has another way in through her basement." Tko said, walking down the steps to the door. He opened it and stepped inside.
Everything was the same from the first night they had slept in here. The covers were still on the floor, board games opened, and boxes scattered everywhere.
They walked through the maze of boxes, eventually coming across a wall. There were no doors anywhere, meaning there was no way to Y/n from here. They walked back outside.
"Maybe try her garage." Dendy suggested.
"Y/n has a garage?" KO asked. Dendy sighed and led them to the front yard. By the steps that lead to the door was a concrete walkway into a garage, but the large metal door was closed.
"Wow I never noticed that." Tko said. He walked up to it and tried to lift it, but it wouldn't budge. He tried harder, lifting with of his strength. "Are you gonna help me or what?"
KO and Dendy got on either side of him and lifted as well, eventually finally opening it. They walked inside the dark garage. There were cob webs everywhere, old tools sitting around rusting away, and a couple steps that led to a door.
"Look!" Tko pointed to it. They ran to it and quickly pushed it open, ending up in Y/n's laundry room. They ran into the the hall way, where the door to Y/n's room is. "Y/n open the door!"
There was no answer. It was completely quiet in there.
"Y/n! Open the door!" He pulled on the door, but it was locked. "Don't make me break it down!" She still didn't answer. "Y/n!" He yelled. He kicked the door with full strength, forcing it open.
They ran into the room and saw sitting on the floor at the edge of her bed, her head hidden behind her knees as she held them up to her chest.
"Y/n?" Tko placed a hand on her head, but she scooted away.
"Go away. I don't want to..." She was so quiet they couldn't hear the next part.
"What'd you say?" Tko asked as he sat down next to her.
"I don't want to be friends..." She said, not looking at them.
"Why not?" KO asked as he sat down on the other side of her. Dendy sat in front of her.
"It's not my fault, is it?" Dendy asked.
"No, I just can't handle this kind of stuff..." Y/n said, still hiding her face.
"C'mon, sure you can." Tko said as he placed his hand over hers. She quickly pulled it away and looked up at him, revealing her teary face.
"No, I can't! I literally and physically can't!" She said. She growled and burried her face in her arms and knees again. "You wouldn't understand."
"Y/n, yes we would." Tko said as he intertwined his fingers with hers. "Just talk to us."
Y/n sniffed, rubbing her nose. "Fine. I'll tell you."
"Good." Tko smiled.
"Now that you know I lied about Lana, we'll start with her. I lied to you because I... I didn't want to relive the memories I had left of her. It seems silly but, she's my mom, and I only got to see her when she was at home, and I always missed her. I lost her when I was four, and I was all alone. I never had a dad. After a while though, Professor Venomous finally discovered that I was living here all alone, and decided to help me." Y/n began.
"Why didn't you just move out?" Dendy asked.
"Because I was scared of moving on. I didn't want to forget the memory of her, and restart. So I promised myself I would always stay here. And Professor Venomous helped me with that. He helped me with my food, my electricity, and everything he could help me with." Y/n said.
"My mom said she knew Lana. Do you know how?" KO asked.
"Yeah. My mom used to be a hero at P.O.I.N.T before she... Got hurt." Y/n said.
"But what about that one file I found? It said she was test subject." Tko said.
"That was back when they first found her. She was the only person to ever exist with the Ribbon ability. They decided against the tests though, and just made her a hero." Y/n said.
"Do you have the Ribbon ability?" Tko asked.
"No. After her powers changed, she lost them. And now I don't have them." Y/n said. Tko frowned.
"You really have lost everything, haven't you?" He asked.
"Everything except for you guys, right?" Y/n smiled weakly at them.
"Right. Yeah." Tko said as he hugged her. KO and Dendy joined as well.
And for just a split second, her hair sparked a white color.
