Emotionally (Jasper Hale x Reader)

Part 6

"I think there is a reason for you two to stand here, blocking people's way." Jasper said calmly and coldly as Edward stared at him, looking upset as he walked fast into the bus, Jasper then followed, left me and Bell behind. I was quite shocked.

" You coming?" I asked, caught Bell attention as she nodded, we were both confused the way Edward and Jass left. We left for another bus and we sat together, both were quiet and didn't say anything to each other, also didn't know how to say, we were on the way back to school...

Time Skip

I boringly walked into the house after school, it was in the afternoon, the bag seemed to be heavier than usual. I opened the door, saw dad was reading newspapers, sitting next to a window.

"How's it goin...." dad didn't finish his sentence as I quickly went upstairs, ignoring him. Sorry dad, can't talk to you right now, I have to have a rest, I'm exhausted...I thought.

I quickly went to my room, put the bag roughly onto the floor and falling over the bed as I was very tired. Things were getting weirder and weirder. I was always thinking about what happened. Was it my fault that Jass and Edward argued? I shouldn't concern about it, should I? I hated when people fight each other because of me, I was the catalysis to make this happen. Sometimes I thought too much that I even cry for it. It's not a big deal, right?.... Thinking of it made me tired, I leaped out the bed and went to take a shower...My feelings were messed up today.

" y/n? y/n? What's wrong? Bell didn't want to talk either so don't ignore me.....Mom called, she seems pretty happy, you know? Come and see me downstairs if you want to chat..." Dad knocked on the door, his voice was confused. I didn't answer and I heard his footsteps went downstairs. I thought again and yeah, chat with him later for some relaxation...I quickly changed my clothes, T-shirt and trousers for comfy. Sitting on the bed and took out my sketch board as usual. Looking at the clock, 6 pm, almost night. I took out my pencil as I started to draw, it is difficult because I cannot hold the board steady with this broken wrist. I created some lines, a little over there, drew a round circle then foamed into a face...

"Look nice though." I whispered and smiled to myself. The picture was me and Jasper in the hospital, he kissed me on my hand gracefully...Thinking of that...That feeling, it made me blushed somehow. I hugged me sketch board and happily screamed in my chest, thanked God that I had this talent of drawing. We were so much as a duo, didn't know how we can be friends with each other, mostly was awkward moments. We were just like Bell and Edward, but we had our own traits. Looked at the clock again, it was 7. Dad works at 7:30, gotta chat with him, the schedule was on. I quickly put the board into my bag then went downstairs, damn, he was still sitting there but his uniform was on. He saw me as he smiled, put down his cup of coffee. I went to him and sat down, opposite him.

"So, what's up? You were looking down a while ago." He started and I was fixing my position.

"Just...school things." I smiled, looking somewhere else, some in my words were true though.

"That Edward guy again?" dad frowned, looking down at my wrist.

"No.No, not that. Again, dad, I said it was just school things." I shook my head, said quietly.

"You must be watching your sis too, y/n. Something between Bell and Edward, I'd just told you a secret. Well, for now, I guess, good talk. I must be going. See you." He gave me a cheek kiss as he left for sheriff works, dad just told me about things that everyone knew, they were definitely a couple for sure. I wondered if I and Jasper were a couple then. 

" Hey..y/n. Would you go into my room? I want to talk to you." I startled when Bell said, she stood on the stairs, motioned me as I followed her to her room. Her's was exactly like mine but different color. I sat on her bed and she sat next to me, she was wearing her earphones.

"What do you want to talk?." I wondered she put down her earphones.

"About him, of course, about Edward." She said and I realized.

"I saw everything back then. His unnormal strength is easily noticed. That's what you've been wondering, right?" She said precisely as I nodded rapidly.

" I still don't know anything yet. This is just between us okay, we might be crazy to others but we have to figure it out. Soon enough." She continued and I smiled, this was going to be good.

"I have to ask you something, sis." I mumbled, twisting my hair.

"Yeah?" She asked.

"Well....do you like Edward?" I asked straight to the thing, she smiled and shook her head a few times, looking out of the window, her face was pretty nervous.

"Honestly...I don't know...probably. And you, what's up with you with Jasper Cullen, I saw you guys kind of fond to each other." SHe asked back, chuckled and I was bitting my lips for that answer's sake.

" Well...like you...maybe that I do like him?" I joked. I didn't even know how to answer, Bell might end up like that when I asked her as we were both laughing. we continued this conversation as we were revealing our secrets to each other, it seemed endless and the atmosphere was interesting, we rarely talked like this to each other.
