Monday was interesting, to say the least. It started out like a normal day, minus the extra protectiveness of Josh's family. Laura insisted she drive him to school instead of him driving himself. She came up with random ideas like, "What if I get called into work?" Josh finally gave in after she had told him all possible scenarios that she had came up with. Ashley had to ride with them because she carpools with Josh.

Josh hadn't expected to see, well, anyone from Tyler's situation at all. That was until he was digging through his locker for his history book, and someone came running up to him screaming his name. Josh whips around to be faced with bright blue eyes staring down at him intensely. Josh jerks backwards slightly.

"You remember me?" Josh questions. Dallon nods his head, "Yeah, of course I do." Dallon blinks and gulps.
"Dude, what's wrong?" Josh asks, concern laced in his voice.
"Does he, uh, does he remember you?" Dallon asks nervously. Josh stares down at the ground, "I'm actually not sure." What looks like a pained expression forms on Dallon's face as he looks over to his left. Brendon walks over with soft eyes, and he wraps his arms around Dallon's torso.
"What are we going to do?" Dallon whispers to Brendon, burying his face in Brendon's fluffy ebony hair. However, Josh still catches it.

"We better get to class. See you at lunch?" Brendon states, smiling softly. Josh smiles and nods his head. Josh then makes his way to history class.

Josh didn't think this day could get any more crazy, but oh, was he so wrong. He practically froze walking into music class. Tyler is in his class, sitting with a bright red-headed girl. How has he never known this? Josh bites his lip and walks to his seat.

Josh can't keep his eyes off of Tyler, which is bad because he almost got caught staring at him by Tyler himself.

"Today, you are going to be put in pairs and you will have to create a song together. This song has to have meaning to you, both of you. You have two weeks to finish this, so it'll be the seventeenth when it's due. Here are the pairs: Johnny and Chris, Karly and Katelyn, Mason and Owen, Alexis and David, Hayley and Jenna, Joshua and Tyler-" the music teacher lists all pairs of students who will be working together. Josh freezes in his seat, he's working with Tyler.

Tyler and Hayley get up out of their seats at the same time. Tyler eyes Hayley and tugs on her sleeve. She nods and motions for Jenna to come over to her. All three of them then walk over to Josh, pull up a seat, and sit down at his table.

"Hey, I'm Hayley. I heard about your accident. Dude, you're lucky to be alive!" Hayley exclaims. Josh's eyes widen, "Uh, how did you hear about it?" Hayley tilts her head to the side, "The news. Guy's car runs off the side of the road and flips onto its side, and he survives; it's a miracle!" Tyler bites his lip, "Hayley, I don't think he wants a reminder of his car accident." There's that voice Josh fell in love with, and the keeper of that voice that he also fell in love with. "But that crash could've killed you, man!" Hayley slaps her hands against the table lightly. Josh laughs half-heartedly. It did kill him.

They finally calm down and start discussing about eachother. Before the bell rings, Tyler bites his lip staring at Josh. Josh chuckles, "What?"
"Do you want to work on the song at my place?" Tyler asks hesitantly. Josh nods his head, "Yeah, but I'd have to walk since I don't have a car anymore." Josh scratches the nape of his neck. Tyler chuckles nervously, "Uh, we can take my car. Meet me outside in the parking lot." Tyler smiles softly and starts walking away, but Josh stops him.
"Do you want to sit with me and my friends at lunch?" Josh asks, darting his eyes back and forth from Tyler and the floor. Tyler nods his head, "Can I bring my friends?" Josh chuckles and tries to hide the grin fighting it's way to form onto his face, "Yeah, of course." Josh grins when they both walk away.
