Alone -Lapidot (Complete)

Steven's POV
The gems looked happy. Especially Lapis. "Wait, how do we find her?" Pearl asked. "Yeah Steven, how?" Amethyst smiled. "Tell us your plan." Garnet looked calm, like always. I took a deep breath.
"Well, sometimes when I'm dreaming, I'm in real places. Like in watermelon island." They all nodded, expect the water gem. "Wait what?" She looked confused. "It's a long story." Lapis just nodded. "Well, okay then?" She said nervously.
I continued. "Maybe... I can find her in my dreams ?" Pearl nodded. "Yes that's actually a good idea, Steven." The blue gem didn't say anything. She just smiled. "What are we waiting for?" Amethyst said. "Try it Steven!"
Garnet gave me a thumbs up. "Please." Lapis said. She left the house. You really are sad huh?

Timeskip

"Okay I hope I can find her." I said. I was laying in my bed. Ready to search Peridot. "Good luck Steven." Pearl said before I closed my eyes. Good luck.
I opened my eyes. My vision was still blurry, but I could see someone in the corner of a dark hole. "S-Steven? Is that really you?" This voice was familiar but...broken...
"Peridot? Is that you?" I was smiling while I ran to this person. She was green and had a dorito shaped hair.
She looked awful. There were scratches and scars. "Found you." I hugged her and began to cry. I felt bad for her. Even thought gems didn't take physical damage. "It really is you." She cried too. Peri hugged me back. "Where are you Peridot?" I asked. "What do you mean? You are here!" I shook my head. "I'm just dreaming." She was confused at first but then she remembered. "Ah yes I remember. You needed to save the Crystal Gems from malachite..." The green gem began to cry again. "Peridot tell me where you are. Please."
"Jasper." I gasped. Oh no...is this my fault? "W-what?" She just looked at me with a scared face. "I don't know where we are. She keeps me trapped here. Jasper wants me to repair a space ship. So yeah." I was confused.
"Why do you help her?" The small gem began to...blush? Why is she blushing? "Uhm...well if I won't help her, she will ask Lazuli." I looked at her in awe. "You do this all for Lapis?"
She nodded. "Wow Peridot. You really are a good friend." She smiled. "You think so?" "OF COURSE!" I grinned.
"Wow...thanks." Suddenly there were footsteps. "Steven, I don't exactly know where we are but it's near the alpha kindergarten." I nodded. "We'll search you and find you. I promise."
"Why would you do that?" She teared up. "What? Peridot there is no time! I'll be back." I closed my eyes and everything faded away. As I opened them again, I was laying in my bed.
Garnet, Amethyst Pearl and PUMPKIN( Ah man I totally forgot her. I'm sorry) where in the kitchen. "Steven! You're awake!" Pearl looked shocked. "Guys, I found her." I said. Everyone were surprised. "WHERE IS SHE!?" Amethyst screamed. "Amethyst! Stop screaming." Pearl said. "Hey you Two! Listen to Steven." Garnet cut them of. "Where is Lapis?"
I hope she is okay. "She said, she needs some fresh air." The purple gem told me. We'll I guess, it's okay if I tell her later...
"I made a big mistake." I could fell hot tears in the corner of my eyes. "Steven it's okay." Garnet hugged me. "Future vision?" I asked. "Future vision." She answered. "What is it Garnet?" The skinny gem asked. "Steven helped Jasper to escape from the bubble."
Pearl had a scared look and Amethyst was furious. "Do you want to continue Steven?" I nodded. "I healed Jasper. She promised me that she changed. I really thought she changed. But she didn't. Jasper ran of. I was so afraid of you're reaction. I couldn't tell you. I'm sorry." Tears escaped my eyes and went down my cheeks. "Aww Steven. It's okay." Pearl began to cry too. "Yes Buddy. It's fine." Amethyst was still furious but she tried her best to comfort me. We all began to hug each other. "Okayyy that's enough." Complained Amethyst. We all giggled.
"I don't exactly know where Peridot is. She told me that Jasper keeps her trapped near the alpha kindergarten."
The purple Gem was more furious. "I'M GOING TO SHATTER HER! NO ONE STEALS MY FRIEND!" Amethyst screamed again. "Amethyst calm down!" Pearl said with an angry voice. "Why? Jasper has Peridot. Who knows what she did to hear?" Amethyst almost cried. "Amethyst...it's okay." Pearl began to cry. The white haired gem hugged Pearl and she hugged back with a huge blush an her face. "Amethyst we'll find her." Garnet smiled at her. "Yeah you're right." I said. "Wait. Why does Jasper need Peridot?" Pearl asked. "Well um...because of Lapis."
"Lapis?" Amethyst tilted her head.
"Yes. Jasper wanted to ask Lapis to fuse with her and then she could fly home." Peridot told me everything in the hole. She really is sorry for what she did. I'm glad to have her as a friend but she needs to take care of herself. "That makes sense." Garnet said. "Wait...should we tell Lapis about this?" The smallest gem was nervous.
"What do you mean?" Pearl asked confused. "Well I mean if we tell her, she will search Jasper and fuse with her to protect Peri." Yes she's probably right. "You're right." Everyone else agreed. Pumpkin barked. "So we are going to rescue Peridot without Lapis?" Pearl was unsure. "We must safe her. It's not good for Lapis to go with us." Decided Garnet. I nodded.
And then someone opened the door. It was our blue Friend. "Steven. Did you find her?" She asked nervously. I can't tell her the truth. "N-no. I'm sorry Lapis." I couldn't look at her but I could tell, she was upset and sad.
"Cool down, Lapis." The tallest gem said. "Steven it's not your fault. I'm going to sleep." Lapis took Pumpkin and left again. "That wasn't difficult."
Amethyst snickered. "Okay crystal gems. Tomorrow in the morning we will go and find Peridot!" The Fusion raised her hand in the air. "YEAH!" The purple gem cheered. "Right." The white gem giggled. I nodded happily.
Don't worry Peridot. We are going to save you!

Lapis' POV
I was sad but I couldn't cry anymore. I cried so much these four weeks. Pumpkin tried to cheer me up. Hopeless. You're the only thing what is left from her. I wrapped my arms around the small vegetable. She licked my face. I giggled. We were in the barn. Pumpkin was laying in the hammock with me. Maybe Peridot left the earth? Maybe she left because of me. I shook my head. Whatever. I don't need her anyways. My vision went blurry. No stop crying. It's no use. She won't come back and that's my fault.

Flashback

"I LOVE YOU OKAY!?" Peri was standing in front of me now. Peri...loves me? I was so happy and shocked back then. How she was upset and angry. How she told me this tree words. I love you.
"I mean...You're beautiful, gorgeous, you're so calm and You forgived me..." My cheeks were burning from her compliments. She seems to notice my blush. "The most important thing is: You're my best friend." She blushed madly. Best Friend.
(I changed it a little bit because I think this is better.)

End of flashback

"Does she really mean it?" I asked myself. I hope so. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep. After a few minutes I felt asleep. When I opened them again, I was on the cliff where Peridot confessed her feelings to me. In front  of me was the smaller gem. " PERIDOT!?" "Yes Lapis?" She looked at me. "WHERE WERE YOU?" I cried. I'm so happy to see her again. "What do you mean? I'm right here."
"Wait what? But you left me." She giggled. That cute giggle...
"Good one Lazuli. I would never leave you silly." I blushed. "But...you did." I turned my head away from her. "Lapis you're dreaming. I'm not real."
Oh yeah. I had lots of dreams. Bad dreams with...Jasper.
"Well I'm going to leave." I wanted to leave but a hand grapped my arm.
"Wait! Please don't leave me." Peridot said. I felt anger spreading all over my body. I let go of her hand and screamed in her face. "LEAVING YOU LIKE YOU LEFT ME!? I WOULD NEVER DO THAT." I walked away from her. Hot tears streaming from my eyes. I turned my head to her one last time. She was afraid of my sudden rage outburst. "I thought we will never leave each other. I thought we were friends. I thought you LOVED ME... but now i'm ALONE." And then I opened my eyes again. I was in the barn. It was the next day. Tears were running down my face. Pumpkin was worried about me. So she sat on my lap while I was hugging her.
I need you back...
