Unexpected

It was Saturday and that was the day Santana was finally going to see Quinn's house. Quinn was kind of nervous but didn't know why. Quinn was just sitting in the living room watching Riverdale. After it was finished, Quinn was tired but she went to the kitchen and made herself a cup of coffee to stay awake. She heard the doorbell and rushed to open the door. Once she opened the door, Quinn instantly smiled and so did Santana. 

"Hey" Santana giving her a hug 

"Hey" Quinn giving back her a hug 

"So your parents home or no" Santana asked 

"Well, my mom went to the store but, she'll be here in a few" Quinn replied going to the kitchen to finish her coffee

"And your dad" Santana said following her  

"Uh, my dad passed a few months ago" Quinn said sadly

"Oh my, I didn't know sorry" Santana said softly 

"It's okay, and do you want a coffee by the way" Quinn said changing the subject 

"Sure" Santana replied 

As Quinn was making the coffee, Santana knew something was up but she didn't want to push her into telling her something she wasn't ready to talk about. 5 minutes later she was finished with the coffee and they both went to the living room and sat on the couch. They were just scrolling through Netflix. Quinn's mom had came home and Santana stood up and introduced herself to Quinn's mom.

"Hi Ms. Fabray , I'm Santana Lopez" Santana extending her hand 

"Hello, Santana and you can call me Judy" Quinn's mom said shaking her hand 

"Thanks, but I think Ms. Fabray is good enough for me" Santana smiling 

"I like her already" Quinn's mom laughing 

Quinn's mom just went to the kitchen and started on dinner and Quinn and Santana just stayed on the couch and decided to watched anything. 2 hours later and dinner was ready. They went to the kitchen and Quinn told Santana to sit and she'll bring her food. 

"Thanks but you didn't need to do that" Santana taking the plate 

"I invited you and you're my guest" Quinn said smiling 

Santana just smiled and they ate. After they were finished, Quinn took Santana to her room. 

"Red huh" Santana walking into the room 

"Yep, it was like this when I got here but it's my favorite color" Quinn said 

Santana walked around her room 

"Oh my god, you have Harry Potter books" Santana squealed 

"Whoa, didn't pick you for the Potter type" Quinn laughing 

"Well, there's a lot you don't know" Santana looking at her 

There was silence 

"So, I was surprised when you said yes to come over" Quinn said 

"How come" Santana asked

"Because, you're usually with Brittany, and I thought you would have plans with her" Quinn shrugged 

"Well, if you haven't noticed me and Brittany are barely spending time ever since she got with wheelies" Santana rolled her eyes 

"Why don't you like them being together" Quinn asked curiously 

"Because...uh" Santana hesitated 

"Come on you can tell me" Quinn said softly putting her hand on her shoulder 

"Well uh I-I-I kind of have feelings for her in a way I'm supposed to feel about boys" Santana said tearing up 

"Aww, San come here" Quinn hugging her 

They pulled away and Quinn whipped Santana's tears away 

"Have you ever told her how you feel" Quinn said 

"No, I was to scared" Santana said 

"Wow, from the way I see that school, I'm surprised they don't say anything to you" Quinn said 

"That's because they don't, I'm still in the closet" Santana said playing with her ring 

" Oh, so who else knows" Quinn asked 

"Other than you and Kurt no one" Santana replied 

"Oh okay, wait how does Kurt know" Quinn said 

"He found out, something about his gay-dar" Santana said 

"Well then, just know your secret is safe with me" Quinn said giving her another hug 

They just stayed there for a while and Quinn felt so safe in Santana's arms 

"Well, I think I'm gonna go now its getting late" Santana said pulling back 

"Yeah, I'll walk you down" Quinn said leaving the room 

Santana said bye to Ms. Fabray and they were at the door and exchanged hug and Quinn waited for Santana to leave. Quinn went back upstairs and she had a feeling. She was already missing her. Quinn lied on her bed and just thought about her day and it was amazing. She thought what if she's developing feelings for Santana even though she only dated boys. She just pushed the thought away and drifted to sleep.
