Unexpected

1 month in and Quinn was already tired of school. She decided to dye back her hair blonde and clean up her act. She promised Santana she wouldn't smoke anymore. She joined the Cheerios again since Sue gave her no choice. She went to the choir room and saw Mr. Shue writing 'Flaws' on the whiteboard. 

"What are we doing this?" Kurt asked 

"Because of you guys. You need to know even with your imperfections you are perfect okay" Mr. Shue said 

"Ugh" Kurt groaned 

"Now come on let's rehearse," Mr. Shue said. Everyone got up and stood in their places. Finn took a turn and accidentally hit Rachel's nose. 

"Finn!!!!" Rachel screamed holding her nose 

"Oh my god Rach, I'm so sorry," Finn said going next to her. Rachel left and went to the nurse. The nurse told her to see the doctor because it was pretty serious. Finn and Rachel went to the doctor and he told them she would be fine but Rachel wanted to do a nose job. Finn and she argued because of that. They came back to the choir room and made an announcement "Okay so since I don't really like my nose that much, I'm getting a nose job" Everyone looked at her shocked 

"Are you outta your mind?" Santana asked

"No I'm not thank you very much, but my nose is going to be like Quinn's," Rachel said. Quinn looked up at her and was really confused to why she would want to do that. 

"Okay now you are doing too much Rachel," Blaine said 

"I don't care I'm doing this whether you like it or not, Quinn why are you so quiet," Rachel told Blaine and then asked Quinn. Quinn looked at her and just left the room. 

"Quinn" Santana said heading to the door 

"Good job Rachel," Brittany said getting up and went with San. Santana and Brittany went to the bathroom because they knew for a fact she would be there. 

"Quinnie you okay," Santana asked 

"I'm fine," Quinn said sniffing. Britt and San knew she was crying. 

"Q can you please talk to us," Brittany asked. Quinn looked up at them. 

"I just hate the fact that everyone thinks that I'm this perfect person that I don't have any flaws that I hate. If I'm being honest with you guys I was never this skinny" Quinn said wiping her tears 

"What do you mean, I mean it's something you told us before" Brittany confused as well as Santana.

"I mean I was like really really fat in my elementary and middle school years. Also, Quinn is my middle name and my real name is Lucy. They used to call me Lucy Caboosey and it was my worst years yet" Quinn said 

"Q, you know you could've told us" Brittany assured her 

"Yeah I know, S why are you so quiet," Quinn said, looking at San

"I just don't know what to say," Santana said blankly 

"Britt do you think I can talk to San alone for a minute," Quinn asked Britt. Brittany nodded and waited outside the bathroom. Quinn lifted San's chin and she was started to cry. Quinn placed her arms around Santana. 

"Hey. it's okay" Quinn stroking her arm 

"I'm really tired of us being a secret, it just irks me," Santana said crying into Quinn's shirt 

"San, I know you don't want to ruin your reputation but--" Quinn but getting cut off by San 

"Screw my reputation, I love you and I want the whole world or whoever to know that I'm yours and your mine," Santana said looking at her
