? Mystery POV ?

I was sitting at the staff table watching the students get sorted when a certain someone with avada kedavra green eyes caught my attention. That must be Mr Potter I thought. When it was his turn to get sorted I leaned in closer. Since he's a potter, most of us thought he was going to be put in gryffindor, but when the house shouted "HEIR OF HOGWARTS!" Shocked was an understatement for what I felt. I watched intently as he made his way to slytherin and sat down next to one of my loyal followers son. While he was sitting I saw something on his arm moving about, I realized immediately that it was a snake when I saw how it slithered higher up Potter's arm. He didn't seem bothered, in fact he looked quite comfty which made me smirk. Things would be a lot more interesting than I thought...

Harry's POV
I finished eating when I felt that someone was watching me.. I looked up to the staff table and saw one of the proffessors staring at me and looking at Sylvian, as if he's observing the snake and I. Maybe he saw Sylvian and is curious as to why I have a snake on my arm. I rememmber his Headmaster Dumbledore mentioned him in his speech. I think his name was Proffesor Quirrel and he's teaching Defense Against the Dark Arts. I looked away and decided to eat some treacle tart while trying to avoid looking at the staff table again. While I was eating, the platinum blonde haired boy suddenly turned to me and spoke to me. "Hello my name is Draco Malfoy and I was wondering if you would like to be my friend." I politely accepted his friendship offer and we ended up talking about stuff like quidditch and such. "I hope you like it here in slytherin so far Harry." He smiled at me and I almost died from how handsome he looked at that moment. I quickly stopped myself from gawking at his beauty and replied with "I quite like it here in slytherin so far and thank you for being so considerate Draco." I smiled at him and went back to eating my treacle tart. When everyone was done eating, the Headmaster Dumbledore made another speech and said our head of houses will be taking us to our dormitories. I was a tad confused on which head of house I was supposed to go to because, well I don't know which head of house to follow. Proffessor McGonagall must have seen my confused expression because she quickly told me to go with slytherin for the time being. I would later be notified of each houses password that's used to pass the portrait and a prefect from all the houses would come show me where their house was.

Dumbledore's POV

I was annoyed when the Potter brat seemed to have made friends with a slytherin boy named Draco Malfoy. He should have gone to gryffindor like I expected him to do. I realized many students were almost done with all their meals. Ugh, these brats are just pawns I will use to rise to the top. I started my speech about their head of house and prefects. After I finished my speech, I watched as students started to shuffle out of the great hall while following their head of house. When only some teachers were left, I dismissed them all and walked back to my office. This morning, before any of the teachers or students woke up, I went to Gringotts to see if I can still get access to Harry's vault. I know that the Potters are extremely rich and have many items of value in their vault and if I can get into it, I will be richer than merlin himself. He's also the heir of hogwarts which means he'll have access to the founders vaults as well. If I can just get some of his blood, his vault key, and his magical signature, who knows how many lemon drops i'll be able to buy! Just thinking about it makes my heart thump! I just gotta get those three things, but I have a feeling it's gunna be difficult..Do it for the lemon drops Albus, for the lemon drops..
