Narrator's POV
Harry and Cedric 'limped'into Hogwarts, and were quickly found by Professor McGonagall who rushed them to Madam Pomfrey.
Once the two Tri-Wizard Champions were settled in the cots, Headmaster Dumbledore rushed in, seeing Cedric stare blankly into the ceiling and Harry sobbing, "He's back."
The Hogwarts Headmaster cursed under his breath, he wanted to shake the boy and tell him to tell him what he knew but Minerva was present as well as Poppy and he couldn't loose them from his side.
So, he put on his grandfatherly act and walked up to Harry calmly, "My boy, what has happened?"
Harry was hysterical, "He-He's back. He-He said he was gonna kill Cedric if I...if I didn't do what-what he wanted, he made me-made me watch him hurt Cedric when-when I said no. I-I couldn't watch no more, so-so I told him I would."
Harry sobbed harder, not saying what he was forced to do but it was implied, especially since Harry's lips were swollen —which Albus didn't know was from kissing late into the night and most of the morning.
Harry knew he had Albus convinced so he stopped talking and just cried.
Eventually, Dumbledore gave up on trying to get the teens to speak and left.

The next day, Ron and Hermione came to visit Harry, the former looking bored while Hermione seemed truly concerned.
Harry was upset by that, but he didn't let it get to him, Ron had always made a big deal out of every argument, abandoning him frequently.
Right now the only people he could trust were Tom and Cedric, so he wondered if Hermione could be a potential ally.
That pained Harry as well, now he was truly a wiling part of the war, he only could think of others as enemies or allies, well Tom was his soulmate so that didn't count.
Harry didn't talk to them either, he missed Tom and wanted to talk to him.

Later that week, Harry and Cedric had been released from the Hospital Wing and gone through their first day back to class.
Harry skipped through the hallway after his final class and made his way to Moaning Myrtle's bathroom.
Once there, he hissed 'Open' in Parseltongue and went down into the Chamber of Secrets.
Once there, he saw the skeleton of the Basilisk and hissed apologetically, he was a pawn back then and regretted killing it as well as the Diary.
He made his way to a hidden Chamber Tom had told him about and found the full length mirror there Tom had promised would be there.
Harry smiled and tapped the portal seven times and jumped in, being transported to Riddle Manor.
He found himself in Tom's bedroom and walked to his office, finding his soulmate there.
Harry smiled happily and sat on Tom's lap and hugged him.
Tom kissed Harry, "I missed you, love, how is everything going?"
"They bought it, the glamours held up and faded just like you said." Harry answered, kissing Tom's jaw
Tom placed a hand on Harry's inner thigh, "Perfect. And Cedric is protecting you?"
"He is, everyone thinks he's just protective of me because of our 'trauma'." Harry replied, blushing deeply
They kissed again, Harry glanced at the clock, he had 2 hours until the dinner feast so he had plenty of time to spend with Tom.
"Ron hates me." Harry weakly said, "He didn't say it but I can tell."
Tom's hand moved from Harry's thigh to the small of Harry's back, "I'm sorry, love, it happens, its quite possible you will loose more of your friends. It is an unfortunate side effect of what needs to be done."
Harry nodded, leaning into Tom's strong chest, "I hope he's the only one."
"Maybe." Tom said, not believing it

Neville Longbottom sighed as he sat in the greenhouse after class, he had received a howler from his grandmother earlier.
She yelled at him in a drunken rage about how much of a failure he was and that he should be ashamed of himself for being the way he was, that his parents sacrificed their sanity for him and he turned out to be little better than a Squib.
Neville cried silently, wishing he had a family that loved him, but no all he had was a drunk grandmother and parents that acknowledged him on a good day and didn't recognize him on a normal one.
He wiped his eyes and stood up, going back to tending his plants.

Ginny Weasley chewed her bubblegum loudly as she sat in the Gryffindor Common Room, waiting for Harry to emerge from his dorm so they could go to dinner.
She liked Harry a lot, well she liked his money a lot.
After all, she didn't have a soulmate and Dumbledore was already preparing a marriage certificate between her and Harry so after he served his purpose she'd get all his money and split bank with Dumbledore and others who were helping out.
She actually couldn't stand Harry, he was so whiny, she just wanted his wealth and the title of Lady Potter...
