Liddea takes a seat beside vintner and looks at us , awaiting an explanation for our amused expressions . Eira opens her mouth but I interrupt instead
"Just found out I'm not dead , but in a coma because I fell down guess what ..... not a building or anything grand just the stupid stairs . You didn't miss much."
Liddea twists her lips , in a manner that almost looks like she is smiling . Eira is shocked by this action ,
well I guess liddea doesn't smile much despite her young age .
"Lets play a game ! It's called 20 questions"
Eira exclaims in a very happy voice .
Well she's cheery despite being dead!
We are about to start when a static sound fills the train . It sounds like an intercom of sorts . we had one at our university for announcements .
A strong and feminine voice comes from all around our train coach ,
"Vintner please report to the front... We ermm .. have an issue"
Vintner stands up and gives us an apologetic look . I look over to Eira who is trying very hard not to laugh , and even liddea is having a hard time suppressing a grin .
Well i wonder whose voice was that , whoever it was vintner was obeying her commands without delay .
Vintner straightens his coat and walks away . As soon as vintner is gone Eira bursts out laughing
"Hahaha...I love how Vintner is scared of Ivelle !"
Liddea nods her small head in approval . I'm confused ,
"Who is Ivelle ?"
Eira looks over and explains
"Oh , Ivelle Is the cook here , she can cook anything and everything . she's also vintner's wife !"
How cute people are married in the afterlife as GHOSTS ! Huh ! That's cool I guess ..
"Well let's go and spy on vintner obviously !"
Liddea and Eira stand up and start walking ahead , they turn back after a few steps and Eira sighs seeing my butt still glued to the seat
"You coming or what lovanna?"
I quickly stand up and follow them . We walk through our coach into the next coach . Well the next coach wasn't exactly a coach it was more like a suite in a hotel ! There were about 15 individual doors , one was open and I peeked in .... it was beautiful . The room had a bed , a window and even a writing desk .
I noticed that the sun had fully risen outside and the view was mesmerizing !
We kept walking through the coaches . I wasnt looking ahead and I rammed straight into Eira's back .
"Sshhh.. I can hear vintner's voice"
We walk towards the next coaches door which is slightly ajar . We hear vintner and the women Eira explained to be his wife ... Ivelle arguing . Ivelle says in a gruff tone ,
"Well her destination is peculiar , no one has requested something like this for a long time ..."
I hear vintner's hushed whispers ,
"So let's tell crimsyn then , thats our only option"
Ivelle sighs and finally says in a surrendering tone
"Okay I'll send a word for her"
Before I could hear anymore Eira pulls me into a near by room and closes the door . After a few seconds we hear vintner's footsteps outside !
Eira finally lets a breath loose
"pheww that was close !"
Eira looks at liddea and they both share a look I don't understand .
"Well we should head back , it's going to be time for breakfast soon "
Eira peeks outside and motions for us to come out . I follow her till our seats
wondering what Ivelle and vintner were whispering about !
