"You never told me you're called The DICK," she said out of the blue.
He groaned. "It's just a stupid nickname."
"How did you get it?" Great curiosity appeared on her face, and he hated it because this was something he'd much rather erase in his pas...

When Evangeline asked Trudy about a good beauty salon, Trudy thought her friend would do everyone a favor and finally get her hideous nails done, not cut her hair.
Evangeline loved her silky hair, and if Trudy was being kinda honest, it sort of suited her too. When Evangeline showed up at her mansion that day with a new hairstyle, Trudy thought two things - one, how jealous she was because it looked so good on her, and two, how the hell did the weak and fragile Evangeline grow the balls to cut her hair this short; it barely reached her neck!
Trudy didn't let the pang of envy to ruin her mood in the early morning. She just had herself the best sleep in so long, not having to roll in her bed, desperately chasing for her somber only for her to be horrified with her graphic nightmares. The first thing she did after she woke up was open the curtains and stretch her body under the marvelous sunshine she would have otherwise hated. Suddenly, all her sister's talk about positive energy and fengshui made all the sense in the world - she could feel the good vibes twirling in her body and killing all the bad ones.
Trudy had a long shower in which she shaved her body, then she proceeded to pluck her eyebrows and mustache off and paint her nails a bright red color, although she wanted all of that to be professionally done. Unfortunately though, Eva refused having a spa day, and Trudy was too lazy to walk down the street to On Fleek Salon. Besides, it wasn't like she'd be able to get an appointment in such a short notice because Lauren - that bossy bitch! - was so keen on preserving her tight lame-ass schedule.
Trudy's favorite employee there was Tiffany. Trudy wasn't sure if Tiffany was a female or a male, but once Tiffany got her hands on anyone, she did magic. Tiffany was the best at everything beauty related - be it hair, makeup, nails, or even massages.
Even though Trudy had to take care of her own self instead of paying someone to do it, she didn't really care. Trudy was still feeling giddy over what happened with her sister, despite Sandra ignoring her for some strange reason. Trudy didn't let it get to her - she's probably stressing over some homework because she couldn't get a certain design right or something.
Sandra studied fashion in the Leonardo da Vinci Institue For Art And Design which was about a twenty minute drive out of Dessertville. That institute just happened to be among the best ones in the country and a very, very expensive and private one, which made it popular among the rich only and hidden from the commoners. Studying in such a facility was definitely not an easy thing to do, especially since the students had to make their own fashion show in order to graduate, so Trudy was aware of the pressure on Sandra's shoulders and decided not to hold it against her.
Trudy and Evangeline were in Trudy's bedroom. Evangeline sat on the bed with Trudy, her hazel eyes vulnerable. "Does it look good?"
Trudy shrugged. "It doesn't look horrible," she offered, lying to the gorgeous girl. She didn't want to feed Eva's self-esteem with complements, but there was something added to her because of this new hair. Trudy didn't know what it was exactly, but Evangeline was definitely rocking it.
