a. This is method for all the lazy people out there. Open your image in PicsArt and go to beautify.

b. Open hair colour.

c. Click the undo button before you start filling in the lips because the app automatically changes the hair colour.

d. Fill in the lips. Adjust the saturation, amount, etc to your liking.
