once again ? book 2 of r&j

"Of course I do!" Xiaojun pouts as he leans closer to Kun waiting for an answer.

"You are going to have to find out yourself." Kun pokes Xiaojuns nose and stands up, dusting his pants.

"What the hell??"

Kun shrugs as he grabs his books and makes his way to the exit.

"Wait.. who is your roommate?" The blonde asks before closing the door.

"Some dude named Hoshi." Xiaojun says standing up. "You?"

"His names Chan." Kun replies as he closes the door without saying another word.

"Goodbye to you too tsk."

The first day of school arrives and (Y/n) finds herself in a rush.

She has 10 minutes to get to her first period.

Hoshi kept her up last night talking about how awesome the teachers are and how lit the classes get.

Especially the campus parties.

He was telling her that there is one next week and that she HAS to go.

The girl throws on a pair of jeans and a random hoodie.

(Y/n) notices that her roommate is long gone. She didn't even bother to wake her up...

As she is about to run out the door, it swings open revealing Yuri. She has two plates in her hands and is smiling the girls way.

"I grabbed you breakfast. Do you have a class this early?" Yuri asks as she puts the two plates down on the desk.

"Yeah. I'll grab a waffle and be on my way. Thanks!" (Y/n) says as she grabs a waffle and runs out the door.

Xiaojun was taking a walk around the campus. The two buildings are fairly close so kids have lunch with each other outside.

It's early september so it's still warm. He passes multiple groups of students having picnics outside.

As he continues his walk, he doesn't watch his footing and ends up tripping on a backpack.

"Oh shit! Sorry man, I forgot to move my bag away from the sidewalk..." A boy with blonde hair says scratching his nape. He grabs his bag and stands up to greet the other.

"Mark?!?!" Xiaojun asks as his eyes widen and he steps back. Marks eyes widen too and he stares at the other boy.

"You go here?" Mark asks as he fixes his
posture. They didn't expect to see each other after graduating.

"Yeah... I'm in the A building." Xiaojun replies as he looks over to Marks acquaintance.

"I'm A building as well... this is Changbin. He's also in the A building." Mark introduces his friend who was sitting on the grass. He was in the middle of eating a sandwich but quickly shoved it in his mouth, got up, and shook Xiaojuns hand.

"Nwice tow mweet yqu."Changbin replies with food in his mouth. He was still chewing...

"You too?" Xiaojun asks as he lifts his eyebrow.

"Uhm. We should get going right Changbin?" Mark asks as he looks over to the other boy.

"But we still have-"

"Bye Xiaojun!" Mark yells as he drags Changbin with him back to the A building.

"Bye...?"

The boy continues his walk to the B building on the lookout for his friend Kun, he wanted to meet with him and see how his day was going.

As he walks into the dormitory, the lounge is filled with girls and boys chit chatting and talking about whatever. He looks around the room to look for the other blonde haired boy and spots him in the corner sitting on a couch with another male.

Xiaojun makes his way up to the duo and takes a seat opposite from the two.

"Xiaojun! What brings you to these parts?" Kun asks as he looks over to the boy. He smiles and shakes his head.

"Just wanted to see how your first day was. I already finished my classes for today. I have the orientation for the class swap thing tonight... they want me helping out."

"Really! My friend Jun and Chan are doing it. Be nice to them... By the way, this is Chan." Kun says as he motions to the boy sitting next to him.

"You don't have to go easy on me, dancing is my thing." the boy winks as he flashes a smile.

Xiaojun chuckles. The dormitory entrance opens revealing and oddly familiar girl.

She had long (H/C) hair and beauty escaped her eyes. She was gorgeous. Their eyes didn't meet but he knew for sure he wasn't dreaming. She was his kryptonite, his armor but also his weakness. At first glance she didn't meet his eyes, but when he kept his eyes trailed to the girl, she looked back.

His breath was taken away.

She was just as pretty as the day he met her, maybe even prettier. But before he could say anything to her, another male walked up to her.

Xiaojun was confused, mad, upset, and devastated. Did she not remember him? How could she forget?

Kun realizes his friend seemed lost. He follows Xiaojuns eyes and finally realizes.
