once again ? book 2 of r&j

Xiaojun quickly gets up and walks straight to the girl with no hesitation.

He stops halfway because he doesn't know what to say to her. She is laughing with the boy as they both are sitting on a nearby couch.

He slowly looks back to Kun for support. Kun shrugs as he motions for the boy to come back.

Xiaojun nods and slowly backs up. He keeps his stare at the girl hoping she will look back.

She doesn't.

The boy jogs back to his dorm house.

He grabs his dance things and sprints to the dance room. He was late for helping out with the class swap.

After he saw the girl, him Kun, Chan all headed to Kun and Chan's dorm room to hang out.

As he makes it to the dance studio he swiftly opens the door and is greeted by many faces... looking straight at him.

"Eheh.. sorry i'm late. I'll just... put my stuff to the side." Xiaojun awkwardly walks to another side of the studio as he sees the familiar boy who was talking to (Y/n) earlier.

Xiaojun makes his way to the front where the other instructors are standing. Everyone who is learning is sitting on the floor.

"So, we will be starting with the basics. Stretching and maybe we can have our underclassmen show you a few moves." Xiaojuns senior says as he looks over to him.

Someone raises their hand and immediately starts talking.

"What if we already know how to stretch?"

The boys asks as the whole class starts giggling. They are interrupted by the dance room door opening once.

"Oh hey (Y/n)! You are a little late!" The boy who just asked the question exclaims as he stands up and leads the girl next to him on the floor.

"Sorry Hoshi..." She says as she quietly sits down looking at her shoes.

"Okay! let's begin stretching!" The senior shouts as everyone stands and starts to chatter.

Xiaojun quickly moves to (Y/n) wasting no time.

He doesn't care if she is laughing with the other boy. He needs to talk to her.

"uhm... (Y/n) weird dude coming your way 10 o' clock." Hoshi whispers to the girl as she quickly turns around and is met face to face with the one and only

Xiaojun.

"Hey." They both say at the same time, almost breathless.

"Why are you here?" (Y/n) says realizing what is happening and quickly backs up.

She looks over to Hoshi as he shrugs his shoulders.

"We both planned to go here... I worked so hard to get into this school... hoping to see you." The lovesick boy slowly says as he can't take his eyes off her.

He takes ahold of her hand and caresses it.

She yanks her hand back.

"I'm sorry I have to go." (Y/n) rushes out , Hoshi looks over to the boy with a sad face.

"Hey man listen, it isn't you. She's been having a hard time with stuff recently.."

"Like what? I want to help her! She is my everything..." Desperate Xiaojun states as he starts to overwhelm himself. Hoshi notices and drags him out of class.

"She's been dealing with shit. It's not my place to say."

At that point Xiaojun doesn't care. He chases after the girl.
