There are four stages of advancement. We are currently on stage 3: using our planet as a source of energy. We are hoping to get to stage four which is: acquiring stars and planets as a source of energy (completely).
Here are two examples of this: -the black hole bomb/ (but not setting it off and using its energy as a source)
-Encasing the sun in a tomb and generating heat energy at will instead of having to beg the sun to come up in the morning.
We can do both of these and maybe more! Especially with white dwarfs and red dwarfs. However, what is stopping aliens who have already acquired such power to come to our planet and seize all our resources and take over the land? After all, we are all just stupid, hypocritical mammals who have an absolute disrespect for the planet we have and will probably kill ourselves fighting over land thanks to rising seas that will sink a lot of main areas such as Venice and Paris.
But you don't have to worry about that as you are born into generation Z! The generation that will happily grow old but die whilst probably watching the world BURN!
