Fallout 4 X Reader

It had been a week since my little date with Danse. Sadly I was called into the brotherhood. Something about a Synth refuge in Arcadia. I grabbed the guns and ammo I would need and walked outside and saw Danse stood there.

"So...your needed again." I nodded.

"There's a Synth Refuge up in Far Harbour. A place called Arcadia. The brotherhood needs my help taking it down." I said and he nodded.

"Just be safe." I smiled before I gently kissed his cheek.

"I always am. Youll see. Ill be back before you know it." He nodded and kissed my head before slipping inside as the Vertabird came closer to Sanctuary. I waved to the others before I got on and flew to the brotherhood airship.

Once there Captain Kells informed me Elder Maxon wanted to talk to me before we left for the mission. I want to the flight deck and over to Elder Maxon.

"Elder." I said.

"Paladin. I have been informed that Danse is staying in Sanctuary with you and that the two of you are in a relationship." I sighed. "Im disappointed in you Paladin. I expected more from you. You are meant to be an example for your brothers and sister."

"Im sorry Elder but my personal Relations have nothing to do with my ability to fight for my brothers and sister. And how you came to this information is beyond me. You said so yourself that none of the other brotherhood was to know that Danse was alive. So in other words you had someone spy on me. But I would have noticed if someone in the brotherhood was watching me. Lets not leave out the fact that the other brotherhood soldiers believe Danse to de dead. So you must have gotten someone else to spy on me. Someone outside the brotherhood? Am I correct? I said and he Maxon looked furious.

"I hope you do well with this mission Paladin. Because I promise that you will regret disappointing me again." He said through his teeth before I left to leave for the mission.

Its safe to say I didnt disappoint. I had made sure we had no deaths on our part. We killed all the Synths. I had taken bullets and beatings for my brothers and sisters in arms. I was no in a bed on the airship until I was told I could leave. Doctor Watson said it could be a week at least. I suggesting letting them heal at Sanctuary but they wouldnt listen. I hope Danse didnt worry too much.
