Although I didn't do this, you should reduce the opacity of the entire layer to less than 75 after drawing the glow.

Step 4Next, make a more condensed glow around the model in layer 3. Use the same colour as the previous glow effect or lighten it slightly.
I used the 2nd Airbrush (trapezoid 60%).
Opacity must be at 100. The brush size should not be very big. I recommend using a smaller brush than I did and not making it too thick.

Step 5In layer 4, draw hair strokes around the models hair. Don't add to many.
I used the 1st Dip Pen (hard) as my brush.
The opacity must be 100 and the size should be between 0.8 and 2.5.
You can lighten the colour if you want.

Step 6Cancel out layer 1 and make the background transparent before saving your work.
