Meredith found me in my room after skipping dinner. I was still curled up and my face was damp with tears. "What's wrong?" She asked me.

"I feel like my entire life just went completely downhill after this," I said, gesturing to my wrist and sitting up. Meredith just hugged me.

"Don't think of this as an obstacle. Think of this as an opportunity. I have a weird example, but an example nonetheless. So, let's go way back to Starship. Damn, that was forever ago. Well, that's besides the point, so I was with Brian at that time. And you know how I was cast as Dylan's romantic interest. And every night I cried myself to sleep. It hurt me to feel like I was cheating on him, you know? I saw it as you see your wrist, an obstacle. After a while, I discovered that this was an opportunity to learn to trust each other. Look at us now," Meredith said. I gave a weak smile.

"Thanks, Mere," I said with a small smile.

The next day, I went to rehearsal and was greeted by everyone. It hurt me that I couldn't tell people what happened without being flooded with questions about a difficult story time. I was in the back while everyone ran through the opening number. I was trying to type a text on my phone, but I was failing miserably. I could only do it one-handed, so I had to use my non-dominant hand. It was slow and I kept dropping my phone.

"Need some help?" Joey asked me with a smile. I nodded. He took my phone. "Who?"

"Darren," I said.

"And what do you need to tell him?"

"I'm safe. And make sure to give yourself credit for helping me. Also, to forward it to Chuck and that I'll call each of them tonight," I said. I heard the all too familiar whoosh. "Thank you."

"No problem. Don't hesitate to ask," Joey said, handing my phone back to me. I nodded and read the text back from Darren. Tell Joey thanks and I'll be sure to update our older brother. Don't worry about texting, you can finally call ;)

I smiled and pocketed my phone. I continued to watch rehearsal until Brian called me from the front. "Mini Criss!"

"Yeah?" I asked, heading down.

"Can you help me schedule?" Brian asked. My heart fell a bit.

"Can you give it to me on little slips of paper?" I asked.

"Yeah. This is tough, right?" He asked me. I nodded.

"Yep. I feel so clumsy," I said.

"Well, we're doing a dual rehearsal, so can you make sure that we have it in a good order so that no one feels overwhelmed?" Brian asked, scrawling down everything he wanted to get done, and handing the slips of paper to me. I took it and started moving everything so it could be in a good order. However, a minute was by and I had done a grand total of 0%. I started playing my music through my earbuds. Focus.

"Brian!" I called in a sing song voice before realizing everyone left and I was alone. That not bothering me, I pulled out my phone to try and text my housemates. I furiously gritted my teeth and typed the slowest I ever had. wHERE?

I didn't get a response, so I sat in one of the seats and tried to text some other people. I, again, kept dropping my phone due to my wrist, which was now bulky.

"Need some help?" Someone asked behind me. I looked back and saw Clark.

"Nah. Unless you know where everyone went while I was scheduling," I said.

"Everyone except the two of us went for costume fittings at June's. I promised that I would watch over you," Clark said.

"Who did you promise?"

"Middle Criss and Brian. Also Robert," Clark said. I got a text from Meredith. At June's. Clark should be there. Sorry for not telling you. I saw you doing your craft and decided not to interfere.

I texted her back Good

Some people should be going in soon, so you won' t be alone with Clark. He doesn't talk much, right?

I didn't know what Meredith meant, so I kept scrolling through my phone. "We're back!" Rachael exclaimed upon her entrance. No one else was with her except for Jeff and Robert. "I was expecting that to be a lot more climactic. Alright then."

"Rach, that was climactic enough," Jeff assured her.

"Good," Rachael smiled.

"Luna!" Robert exclaimed, hugging me. "We meant to tell you but I know how you get when you get into the zone and people interfere and-"

"It's fine," I said.

"Okay. So, how long have you not been scheduling?" Robert asked me.

"Not too long. Only about five minutes," I said.

"Well, Brian had the idea that if we do good, we could chill and have a party afterwards," Robert said excitedly. Alas, our iconic second Starkid party.

"Okay," I smiled, "How were costume fittings?"

"Easy. Peaceful," he said. I smiled and leaned against his shoulder.

Rehearsal went nicely. In a strange turn of events, a party started (without alcohol. One hungover rehearsal day was enough). "So, are you going to make me socialize?" I asked Robert.

"Yes!" He exclaimed, leading me around everyone and introducing me to everyone. I knew most of the names, but I ended up talking to Jeff much more easily than I anticipated.

"I like coconut, too!" I exclaimed to Jeff.

"So many people don't like it and I don't get it!" He exclaimed back to me. Yep, both of us are the odd coconut lovers.

"Hey, are you guys down for whatever game Brian randomly guesses?" Rachael asked us. I nodded, as did Jeff. I guess Rachael got everyone herded as Brian randomly chose a game.

"Who the hell chose these games?" Brian exclaimed. A large array of people raised their hands.

"About half the people in here," I said. Brian picked a random sheet of paper.

"Well, anyways, what the fuck is an ice breakers seven minutes in heaven mashup?" Brian asked. Meredith whispered something to him.

"Okay, so Mere told me that you chose two people randomly based on random stuff or something," Brian said.

"I can lead," Rachael volunteered. She texted furiously on her phone. When mine vibrated, I checked it. This is a virtual game over texts. Yes, I suggested it. So, everyone can text me individually the traits you most possess and identify with, along with your Hogwarts house and your height. Yes, these are all relevant.

I shrugged and composed a text with a bit (a lot) of trouble.

Traits: Quiet, introverted/antisocial, nerd. I like food.

Hogwarts house: About 75% Ravenclaw and 25% Hufflepuff

Height: 5'4"

I finished my text and scrolled through my phone since almost everyone was gone. Come with me. I looked at Rachael and followed her. I had no idea what she had in store for me.

Disclaimer: I only own Luna and the plot line. I also don't know if Jeff Blim like coconut.

Another week, another chapter. This is a filler, but things are going to pick up soon!!! I'm super tired BUT STARKID TEN. GUYS!!!!!!!! I'm hoping to go to Starkid Homecoming and I'm super psyched for Black Friday. I really hope Mariah gets a killer solo.
