when we first met

i stretch my arms and grab my phone from the nightstand to read the time, 10:47 am

it's paytons birthday today!!!!!

i smile and try to get out of my bed but someone's hands are around my waist preventing me from getting up

i turn and see a payton snoring

i chuckle and start to shake him

"wake up birthday boy" i say shaking his shoulders

"no i wanna sleep" he mumbles holding me in his grip even tighter

"cmon i wanna get up let go!" i try to get up but he keeps making his grip around me tighter

"payyttoonnn" i groan

"fine" he finally agrees and got up

he started running to my bathroom and locks it behind him

"seriously??" i yell through the door and hit it

i laugh and make my way to my moms room

i walk in to her making her bed, "hey mom" i say as i go up to her and kiss her cheek

"hey, good morning." She smiles

"morning" i smile back

"it's payton's birthday today" i smile

"i remember!!" she smiles

"I'm gonna use your bathroom real quick cause payton hogged mine!" I yell the last part loud enough so payton hears me

"oh shut up!" i hear a yell and i giggle

"okay" she laughs grabbing her sweater and was about to leave her room before i grabbed her hand and whispered to her "i wanna make payton surprise pancakes could you get the stuff ready and make them with me when i get down??"

she nods and makes her way downstairs

i make my way to her bathroom and do what i needed to do.

afterwards i get out and go to my room and grab my sweatpants and my cropped tank top

i quickly strip and put on my new clothes then run downstairs

i see my mom in the kitchen so i go up to her and see she already made the batter

"get a pan and put it on the stove" she says mixing the batter

"okay" i open the cabinet and grab a pan then place it on the stove

then my mom comes with the batter and starts putting it on the pan

i go to the fridge and grab some blueberries and rasberries

i grab a plate and put them on the side

my mom flips the pancake then puts it on the plate

i go back to open the fridge to grab some icing my mom picked up a week ago
