Print woke up at 8:30 a.m. with a mission: Keep KC out of the house till about 4:30 p.m. He quietly walked to her room and opened the door. He closed it and tip-toed beside her bed. Then he notices that she is shaking, 'Another nightmare. When will they stop?' Knowing that she doesn't like to talk about them, he acted like he hadn't noticed. With a deep breath he yelled, "Code! Wake up!" and pulled her blankets of the bed. "Uuuggggghhhhhh," was the response he got. "Come on birthday girl, let's go celebrate," he said turning her over to look at him. "In an hour," KC huffed, smacking a pillow over her face. "Nope!," Print said, he wasn't gonna give up so easily. He scooped her up, and carried her downstairs with no effort. When he walked in to the kitchen he announced, "The star of the day is here!"
He tried to put KC down but she went limp in his arms as to say 'not gonna happen'. "What do you want for breakfast?," Blueberry exclaimed, holding a pan. "Guys, I just woke up. Could you calm down a little, please?" she asked, standing up and stretching, "I'm gonna go get dressed." She sleepily walk back up the stairs to her room. She quickly threw on a pair of black yoga pants and (following pictures).

Shoes that she colored herself
After pinning her hair into a messy, high ponytail, and feeling more awake, she skipped down the stairs. "Much better," she chirped walking into the kitchen. Ink ran up to her and squeezed her into a tight hug. "Your growing up so fast!," he "happy sobbed". "Iiinnnnnkkkk! Why?" she said, glitching a tiny bit. Dream and Blue joined in, "Group hug!" After almost being squished to death, it took KC a second to be able to see again. "So what-cha wanna eat?" Ink asked, wiping exaggerated tears. KC was taking a can of whipped cream out of the fridge. "I don't need anything. I'm gonna treat this day as normal as you guys let me."
"You know I don't like going "all out" for my birthday," she said and shrugged. Pallet rolled his eyes, "Suit yourself." After "breakfast", Print took her to a private escape room, KC loves puzzles. It only took the two of them a half hour to complete it, when they were given two hours. "Easy," KC said, beaming and eating her prize. Chocolate nice cream. "Heh," Print responded, "If you say so." KC had done most of the work on figuring everything out. "Lol! So, where are you gonna drag me to next?" she asked. "A secret." "Of course," she fake pouted. When they were finished eating their nice cream, Print put KC in a blindfold.
"Oh great, a blindfold. You better not be leading me to a dark ally or cliff or something." He leads her through a portal to Dancetale where they happened to be throwing a fiesta that day. There would be a lot of Mexican dances and songs and Print knew she would love it. She had a blast and actually didn't want to leave. The flowing, long dresses, the smell of tacos and salsa, music flooding every second, it was amazing. When Print told her it was about time to leave, she acted like a little kid. "One more song!", or, "5 more minutes". They finally got back at 4:56 p.m. "Did you have fun?" he asked as KC as she fished for her keys. " 'Did I have fun?', dude that was probably one of the best times of my life," she exclaimed, opening the door. She was startled as the lights flickered on and 14 skeletons yelled in unison, "SURPRISE!!"
