Logan's point of view

The team has been training for a week now and there is still no sign of it.

While the team has been training I've been sobering up (y/n) which has been going better than expected, she's also very cute when she's asleep. Wait! What am I thinking? I need to think about the combat that's about to happen. Stay focused.

I walked into her room with some orange juice, they say that it helps against throwing up, and she's been throwing up a lot recently, but it's a sign of progression.

When I opened the door I saw her playing with her powers, she was moving some water. I thought her only power was teleportation and immortality?

"Hey (y/n), feeling any better?" When she heard me she startled and the water fell down she looked shocked by seeing me. Is she keeping her power a secret? How can you keep a secret from Charles? "Don't tell anybody what you just saw" she said, I nodded and gave her the orange juice, she chugged it all at once.

I sat down besides her on her bed. "Do you have any other powers that you don't tell us about" i asked, she looked at me and said "my teleportation is more than just jumping between spaces, it's also jumping between small periods of time and jumping to other dimensions, I've lived in another dimension for five years and still visit sometimes nowadays and I can control water but you just saw that" she said looking at the ground, I looked at her, Charles was right she has a lot more potential than she thinks, did charles already know she has these powers? My thoughts were broken by the sounds of someone throwing up, I quickly held her hair back and started rubbing her back. When she was back up I started looking at all her beautiful feautures, why have I never seen how beautiful she is, other people just see her as the addict but she's so much more than that and she's really been trough a lot.

"Her eyes are so beautiful" I thought
"Who's eyes?" I heard (y/n) say. Wait did I say that out loud?! Shit, I need to recover from this she can't know I like her. "Uhm Jeans eyes, jeans eyes are very beautiful"

Your point of view

Is it bad that I hoped he was gonna say that my eyes are beautiful? How could I be so wrong? How could I think that he would think my eyes are beautiful? How could I think that he even likes me just a little? I'm the addict and nobody likes the addict.
