"(Y/n)! Kate! Get up your gonna be late!" My mom screamed.

I got up quick realizing it was the first day of school. I brush my hair, pulling it into a half up- half -down style. (Your wearing this \/ also with matching Nike's shoes)

I walked downstairs and started eating breakfast. Kate and I have gotten along great in these past weeks and I'm actually starting to like the idea of a stepdad too. I know things have changed, and I'm just excited for the wedding.

"Are you hanging out at Mike's today?" Kate asked.

"No, I think he's gonna meet his brother, today so I'm going to Tanner's, wanna come?" She had gotten to know my friends well and she was accepted by most of the party except for Mike, El, and Lucas. They are a little suspicious of her but El treats her nicely.

"Sure!" She chirped.

Time Skipppp

The bike ride to school was short Kate left me with Will, Mike, and El for her friends but we waited of course for all the members of the party. We parked out bikes and Max put her skateboard in her backpack.

"Ready?" Dustin asked.

"Hell no." I laughed,Will Held my hand.

"We have an extra twenty minutes to roam around..." Will said.

"Okay meet back here in fifteen?" Lucas confirms, everyone nods. Mike and El slip along with Max and Lucas, leaving Will, Dustin, Tanner, and I alone.

"Want to look for a new AV room?" I asked, the three agreed.

"This room looks perfect!"Tanner points to a older abandoned classroom.

"Yeah it's way bigger than our first room!" I smiled.

"Let's get the rest of the party!" Will exclaims. He missed out a lot on the AV club so he was excited to start it up again, just like old times. We started down the halls until we I heard a familiar voice.

"Well, well, well, who do we have here? Toothless, Zombie Boy, Slut, and what's your name doll?" Troy asked Tamryn. She didn't say anything at all she just stared down at her feet.

"I said what's your name?" He repeated.

"What are you deaf or something?" James teased. Troy and his dumb friends pushed Tanner and I down, as Will and Dustin we're getting thrown around by the other bullies.

"Leave them alone." A boy I've never seen before said, he had brown eyes and dark skin. He also stood with some other boys in a grade or two higher than us.

"It's none your business and get moving." Troy huffs.

"It is my business when you're bothering my little sister and her friends." He stated, towering over Troy.

"I'm not done with you freaks." Troy muttered walking away with his friends.

"Thanks." I said.

"Tanner you never told us you had a cool older brother!" Will whisper-yelled.

"Tamryn, I'm shocked you haven't told your friends about me." He said sarcastically. She rolled her eyes.

"This is my older brother Leon. This is Y/n, Will, and Dustin. Now we need to get going." She replied quickly.

"Okay, okay if he gives you guys any trouble-"

"We'll get you, love ya bye Le."

Time Skipppp

"Where were you guys?" Mike asked.

"We ran into Troy." Dustin muttered.

"How?"

"We we're finding a new AV room and it was a hundred times bigger than the last room." Dustin started.

"Then Troy came in out of nowhere." I continue.

"Holy shit. How are you even alive?"

"Well let's say Tanner has the coolest brother ever." Will and Dustin.

"A brother?" Max and El scream.

Ringggg

"I'll tell you guys more later let's just get to class." Tanner rushed, we all nodded and went to home room and we sat in the far right corner. Kate and two other girls walk in, I motioned for her to sit by us but her friends sat across the room. I smiled and she did the same as she sat with friends. We did all of the normal home room stuff until, the bell rung.
