Slithered Away ?Mizuki x Reader?

"I'm Mizuki, and I already know yours. So, it's a pleasure to meet you!" He shook my hand gingerly. "Mizuki, what is this on my arm?" You point to the faded brown marks that streaked across your right arm. He smiled and took my hand. "That's the mark of marriage. You are my soon to be my bride!"

The breath fell out of your lungs, and you stared at this delusional man. There was silence, but you broke it with a loud, obnoxious laugh. "Oh god, I haven't laughed that hard in so long!" You exclaimed. You continued to laugh, but fell the laughter fell short as you noticed the man named Mizuki was not moving. Your smile is wiped off your face, and you froze. "Wait...are you serious?" Mizuki nods and steps forward.

"Of course! You answered my question. You wanted a new life, correct?" Before you could even answer he grabbed both of your hands with his own. They were cold, but soft and welcoming. "Now, shall we begin the preparations, dear?" You jump back and try to control your rapid breathing. "You're crazy! I don't even know you!" You cry out. You dart out of the house, but Mizuki followed behind. He was much faster than you and could keep up easily.

"Stop it!" You yell. You both came to a halt and kick your heels into the dirt. You tripped, and yelled. But Mizuki grabbed onto you before you planted into the ground. "Let go!" You scream. You run into the woods, and he stays on spot.

"I'll wait for you! You can't escape these woods!" He calls out. You ignore him and keep running. You follow the dirt path that leads away from the shrine and continue til your heart and legs began to cramp. With a smirk, you let out a howl of laughter.

You stop, out of breath. And yell out:

"Take that Mizuki!" You yell breathlessly.

"Take what?" A voice asked. You spin around to the direction of the voice, but no one was there. You scan the area, yet no one seemed to even be in your range. Suddenly, a figure from behind grabs you and pulls you into a big locked hug. You tried to fight, but you were weak compared to the strong figure.

"Gotcha!"

"Ahh!" You yell and kick again, but the more you struggle, the more you were constructed. Eventually you gave up, and was spun around to face Mizuki. He sighs and points at you playfully.
"I told you, you can't escape these woods. There's a charm on this whole area, which will not allow you to leave. You'll just wind up here." As he said that, you turn to see the shrine you just ran from.

'W...what?! Wait!'

"Impossible!" You gasp. He watches you eagerly as you sprint around him, surveying every little detail. "I told you, (Y/n). You can't leave with the charm."
You stand still and stare at the everlasting moon.
