Falling For It ??

Yoongi took my overreaction way better than I thought he would. He said he understood the possessive quality I had, because he felt the same way about me. The rest of the trip was amazing. It was good to get together with everyone again, especially since things were about to pick up with Namjoon and Jin's investment company. They were working on a lot of things recently, and it had been stressing them. They needed the trip. 

This was Hoseok and Jungkook's first time vacationing together no longer being single. They did spend much of the time alone, but no one really minded. They joined us at the group dinners, and went dancing with us when we made plans. 

Jungkook had not brought up the past Hoseok and I had ever since we had that conversation. I was glad, because he treated and talked to me the way he always had. 

Namjoon and Tae were the most bummed to go home, but also the most excited since Namjoon said he had a surprise for Tae when they got back. 

Jimin and Jin were very giggly lately, and by the time the end of the vacation came around, they announced their engagement. Jimin was wearing a beautiful onyx ring on his finer, and Jin wore a matching one on his. They had been together almost as long as Namjoon and Taehyung, so it was honestly about time. Jimin said that when he suggested getting engaged, he didn't know that Jin had it planned from the day we first landed. So, when they went for a walk on the beach one night, he was surprised when he turned to see Jin down on one knee and a ring presented to him. 

As for Yoongi and I, we were also disappointed to leave the tropical islands. But at the same time, I missed Loca, and I'm sure that Jaebum was tired of being scolded and judged by my bitchy cat. When we got to Yoongi's house I plopped down on his couch groaning. 

"That was such a long flight. God I hate sitting like that." 

"Me too." He replied plopping next to me. "Jaebum is taking care of Loca until tomorrow, right?" 

"No Tuesday. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it home Monday, depending on how tired I was." 

"Oh, well you can just stay here then. I will be working from home." 

"No, I have to go back. Rent is due on Wednesday and I'm going to be gone all day. They won't let me renew if I'm late on my rent." I laughed. 

I turned to him and his head tilted. "Renew?" 

"Yeah, my lease ends in a few months and they reached out to me about renewing my lease." 

"Oh, so you're going to renew it then?" 

"Well yeah. They aren't giving me much of an increase so I figured why not?" 

"When do you have to let them know?" 

"Um...I think if I move out, I have to give them a 60-day notice that I'm leaving. Sooo, technically I have two and a half months before I have to let them know for sure one way or the other." 

"You don't spend a lot of time there anymore." 

"True, but I still need a place to live." 

"You could live with me." He said, making me sit straight up. 

"What?" 

"Why not?" He shrugged. "You spend most of your time here anyway, and I have plenty of room. You can bring Loca and we can put her cat tree right over there. She can look out the window and see the trees and stuff." 

I was shocked at the offer. He would want me to move in with him? "Are you serious?" 

"Yes." He smiled. "I wouldn't have offered if I wasn't."
