"It's snowing!"

Adrien beamed and stood as soon as the photographer gave the okay. He chuckled and picked Marinette up, holding her closely. Marinette gasped in surprise before returning the hug, her legs also clinging to his waist.

"Jesus, Adrien!"

Adrien frowned. "Sorry. I didn't have your permission..."

Marinette shook her head, hiding her face in his neck. "It's okay. But... you're not allowed to put me down now."

Adrien blushed slightly. "I'm okay with that."

Adrien carried Marinette back over the bridge to Nathalie and Gabriel.

Gabriel grinned. "And why might you be holding Marinette like that, Adrien?"

Adrien merely shrugged.

"Because he's warm!" Marinette giggled into his neck.

"Well, maybe that's because he's blushing so hard."

Nathalie pressed her index to Adrien's reddened cheek. Adrien stepped back, unable to swat her away without dropping Marinette. He pouted.

"N-Nathalie!"

The adults laughed, only making him blush further. Upon feeling him grow tense, Marinette rubbed his back and told him to calm down, which he did.

"Okay, okay," Gabriel said, "seeing as we've embarrassed the boy enough, I think it's time for Ladybug and Cat Noir to detransform."

Nathalie nodded. "We'll wait in the limo while you change. When we get home, it should be about two. We'll order a meal for a late lunch."

"Yes!" Adrien nodded, smiling at the mention of food. "Um, Mari, can I put you down now?"

Marinette hugged him tighter. "I mean, you're welcome to try."

Adrien laughed and brought her to the trailer where she finally allowed him to put her down. They quickly returned to their normal clothing before heading back to the car. Adrien frowned as they stepped outside, staring at the darkening clouds and the lack of frosty crystals falling onto his nose.

"The snow was short-lived."

Marinette looked up as well, also noticing that it had stopped snowing. "Oh well. I'm sure it'll snow again soon. The clouds haven't broken up yet." She said. "It's a bit warmer now, though. Maybe it'll rain."

That was the wrong thing to say.

Adrien held onto Marinette's arm tightly, hiding his face into her shoulder. "Do... you think there'll be th-thunder?"

Marinette patted his head and held his hand. "I don't know, baby. But if there is, I'll be there for you."

Adrien opened the limo door for Marinette and let them inside before clinging to her, muttering a quiet, "thank you."

"What's the matter, son?" Gabriel asked, placing a hand on his shoulder.

Adrien only whimpered in response, prompting Marinette to answer instead.

"I'm an idiot who told him it might rain." Marinette explained rubbing the blond's head. "It probably only got warmer because we're wearing more clothes now. I don't know how the weather works or if it will really rain."

Marinette looked to Gabriel mouthing the words, "Check the weather."

Gabriel nodded and retrieved his cell, bringing up the weather on his screen. He frowned before showing it to Nathalie, who also looked a bit worried. Once the screen faced her, she face palmed herself, groaning in annoyance.
