Wildlight One~Shots! {BOTW Link x TP Link!}

{~Wild's POV.~}

I sighed. I was always confused whenever I thought of my sexuality, to be blunt. I give up on thinking about it sometimes. Because, if I put a lot of thought into it, I always groan in frustration.

It irked me, and confused me. I just had one simple question, and that's.

'Do I actually like, Twilight?'

Yet, whenever I bring up the simple question to myself, my mind starts racing. I sighed.

'It's hopeless.. I highly doubt he'd like me, too, anyways..' That's when I remembered the whole reason I thought of this in the first place.

'I FORGOT I'M, LITERALLY, HEADING TO A DATE WITH HIM RIGHT NOW! I'M SKREWED!!' I started to panic.

'He, probably, just thinks this is just us 'hanging out'. Like we used to do..' That didn't help ease my worry at all.

I noticed that I was at the Café already.. I reached out for the door handle, and grabbed it with my sweaty hand. I was so nervous, and scared. I was going to atempt to confess today.. But, doubt wouldn't let me rest.

'He's going to turn me down for sure.. Then that will be a friendship ruined all because of me..' I let out a shaky sigh, as I walked inside.

I saw Twilight waiting for me at a table already. He was on his Phone, but his head shot up as soon as he heard the doors bell ring. He smiled at me, putting his Phone away as he waved. I walked over to the table with a, small, awkward, chuckle as I sat down. Twilight raised a brow.

"Is something wrong, Wild..?" He asked. I shook my head, quickly.

"N-nope! I'm okay." I cursed myself for stuttering. He nodded.

"What are you going to order?" He asked. My mind went blank.

'Nope, can't help you there-' (*My mind whenever I have to make a decision under the slightest of pressure*)

"Uhhhh.." I was starting to crumble! Wait. What am I talking about!? I was never together, since I showed up! Twilight looked concerned.

"Why are you so worried, Wild?" He said, tilting his head a little bit.

'He's so cute! I can't-'

"Um.. I-I'm okay." I said. He didn't seem convinced. He was about to say something, but the waiter showed up.

"Hello, Sirs. Sorry to interrupt.. But, what can I get you today?" The waiter girl said, happily.

"I'll have a hot cup of tea, thanks." Twilight said. He looked over at me, and I guess he could tell my mind went blank again. He sighed.

"Make that two." He said. The girl nodded, writing it down, quickly.

"I'll be right back with your orders!" She said with a smile, rushing off to the counter. It wasn't really crowded in here, but it wasn't empty either. I sighed.

"Thanks.." I said, Twilight smiled.

"No problem. Oh, and as I was going to say before she interrupted me.. I can tell something is bothering you, Wild. I've known you far to long to not be able to tell that much." He said. I sighed.

'Of course he can read me like a book..'

"I-.. You-.. We-.." I sighed, wanting to give up already. He gave me a reassuring smile.

"It's okay. Tell me at your own time. There's no need to rush." He said. I smiled, and nodded. The waiter girl ran back to us with our orders, she didn't spill a drop. She set the cups down in front of us.

"Thank you again." Twilight said with his normal, charming, smile. The girl blushed, and nodded.

"N-no problem!" She said, walking away to take other orders. Twilight started drinking his tea, while staring at me.. It was awkward, for me, anyways.

I could feel the air get thick around us. I looked down at the steam rising from the hot cup of tea, in hopes of it helping me calm down. It didn't.

"Wild.. Whatever you want to talk about, just know, it's okay. If you're afraid of me judging you, don't worry, I won't." He said with a smile. I took a deep breath, and looked him dead in the eyes.

"Twilight, I-.. I-.." I felt my throat go dry. It was like it was closing up on me.

"I-.. I love you!" I finally choked out. I had my eyes closed, because I was scared of his reaction, but curiosity got the best of me when he was silent. I peeked one of my eyes open. I saw him looking at me wide eyed. I noticed everyone else in there was looking at us, too. I blushed, immediately being embarrassed, and thinking.

'He must hate me now!' I started to panic again. He smiled.

"I love you, too, Wild.."
