Description; Cesar learns to drive as offers y/n and Jamal a lift, this causes an argument between the pair. Warnings: none ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• "Jamal Turner" I sighed pushing him once again. Jamal was laid flat down on my bed, he could stay like this if it was a weekend but it wasn't, it was Monday morning and Cesar had offered to drive us. Cesar had been so excited to drive us all to school since he got his license so when Oscar finally got him a car he was over the moon. "Jamal!" I yelled as I pulled my top on, he let out a moan slightly lifting his head. "What?" He questioned still half asleep. "Cesar's going to be here in half an hour" I replied grabbing a book and shoving it in my bag. "What y/n? Why didn't you wake me earlier!" Jamal quickly scrambled out the bed. "Jeez I tried, but you didn't want to listen" I stressed as he walked past me towards my closet and grabbing one of his shirts and some jeans before heading to the bathroom. I shook my head as the boy exited the room. I swear this boy drives me insane at times, I mean ugh. I placed my bag on the floor and walked over to the bedside table pulling my phone off charge. After another ten minutes Jamal finally came walking back in fully dressed. "I bet we don't have time to have breakfast do we" Jamal looked at me. "I've already had breakfast" I said as I grabbed my brush and running it through my hair. "Seriously?" Jamal looked at me in surprise. "Like I said I tried to wake you up earlier but you didn't listen. I woke you up for breakfast but you just waved me away" I crossed my arms sternly looking at the boy. Jamal just shook his head and made his way over to his bag grabbing it and placing it on my bed.
After a few minutes my phone notification went off signalling that I had received a text, I picked it up and read the message. From: Cesar Salad On the way be ready Got to pick Monse and Ruby up after you two.
"Cesar on his way" I looked over my shoulder at Jamal who was placing his books inside his bag. He nodded in response zipping his bag up. "Are you seriously mad about breakfast" I turned on the bed facing him. He just shrugged. "When we get to school I'll buy you something I promise" I pushed myself off the bed and walking over to him wrapping my hands around his shoulder and pulling him into a hug. "Will that make up for it?" I smiled at the boy. Jamal nodded before giving me a quick kiss then carrying on sorting his bag.
After another five minutes my phone notification went off again, it was a text from Cesar saying that he was outside. "Let's go, Cesar outside" I slung my back over my shoulder and exited my bedroom with Jamal behind me. We both said a quick goodbye to my mom before leaving the house. "Shotgun!" Jamal shouted as soon as we were outside. "What? Are you five?" I looked at the boy as he walked past me and towards Cesar's car. "Yeah five heads taller then you" I squinted my eyes at the boy tilting my head looking him up and down, panic covering Jamal's faces. "Please don't kill me" he held his hands up. "Yeah please don't, I need him for English class" Cesar had butted in with his head out the car. I didn't say anything I just walked past him and over to the passenger side. "If you don't want me to kill you then I'm sitting in the front" I opened the door not waiting for a reply, Cesar just laughed as Jamal got into the back. "I'm not going to argue" was all he finally said, causing Cesar to laugh even more. "Cesar just drive" i nudged him as he started the car up. "Okay, okay" he held his hands up, this time Jamal was the one to let out a laugh.
