Gina laughed as Vanna took it upon herself to call the Caswells. While she did Gina looked at Astrid.

"By the way I would never feel some type of way about your feelings"

They sent each other soft smiles before looking towards Vanna who was already arguing with Ej over the phone. That girl was something else.

"Have a safe trip girls!" Gina's mom hugged both teens before moving back towards Alexis.

Gina stood next to them and the two Caswells as they were getting ready to say goodbye.

"Remember we're seeing ya during spring break! And we're going to California!" Vanna tried to sound happy but the tears welled up in her eyes showed she was ready to cry.

She had grown to love Ej and Ashlyn. Not to mention she already loved Gina with all her heart. It was like Gina was moving away all over again for her.

Astrid kept her composure, she always could do that. Gina did too, she always kept her cool. Both of them always joked that Vanna was the unstable one in their friendship.

"Yeah we'll see each other then" Ej let out with a small laugh. He had to admit he grew to love both of Gina's best friends too, so it did hit him that they were going back to NYC.

"Y'all remember we have facetime" Astrid let out and Vanna rolled her eyes.

"I can't believe I have to be miles in the air sitting next to her"

"Thank god we can't open those windows or you'd know how to fly by now"

Vanna hit her shoulder and Gina laughed at her friends.

The five of them talked as much as they could before, Alexis told the girls it was time to go through TSA. They all hugged and said their goodbyes.

Right before Astrid made it through the doors she ran back to Gina. Who received her with open arms, Gina twirled Astrid around a little as she was taller and Astrid ran to her at full speed.

Once she was down, Astrid grabbed Gina's face and leaned up to kiss her cheek. She wasn't giving her the last kiss she had once wanted to. But it was her way of saying goodbye to Gina. The Gina she saw as her girlfriend and one day her wife.

She knew that Nini was made for Gina.

After that they hugged again, Astrid's face was right near Gina's ear which made it easier for her to whisper.

"Don't fuck up with Nini. Let yourself feel babygirl and you won't regret it. We weren't meant for each other, but the way Nini looks at you and the way you look at her when you think no body is watching. Gi, she's going to be the love of your life."

Astrid hugged her tighter before letting go and running back towards Alexis and Vanna. Gina let out a single tear before wiping it away quickly and putting her arms around Ej and Ashlyn.

So maybe she was ready to give others a chance.
