[Conflicts of Love]

If you're wondering I didn't tell them, I just said I went out for a walk. Though I did kind of threatened them since they wanted to push the subject even more. It's only the third day of Golden Week and things have been pretty hectic. 

The boys were playing Ubugawa, known for their solid serves and blocks. I had already seen them play and I was going to give the team a plan, but they said they wanted to figure it out themselves. I wasn't mad at them, they were using the knowledge I already gave them. I let a smile seep through. Damn they're growing already.

I see Karasuno doing their penalty, I see Kei and make eye contact with him.

"Must be rough doing penalties everyday." I smirk at him telepathically.

"Shut up, Gnome." He made a pissed off face, as he goes to do another dive, Hinata dives into him knocking him to the floor. Of course I burst out laughing.

"HINATA BOKE!"

"I'm sorry."

"You stupid shrimp! Watch it!"

As they were making a fuss I stopped laughing, I look at them and then at Kei. Ah, you've found a family Kei. 

Before long I was focused on our game again. We were at set point, in the end we won the point with Lev faking them out and Kuroo making it through. I was happy they won, but it was still awkward between me and him. I gave out their water bottles and towels.

"Good job out there." I say as I give his water bottle and towel.

"Well we did have a good teacher." He gave a smile.

"True," I smile but it quickly fades. ". . .Can we talk later?"

He stops to think for a bit. "Sure."

Ah I have this tension. The air was so thick between us you could cut it with a knife. The others seemed to take notice of this new change.

"Hey what's up between F/n and Kuroo?" Kenma asked.

"Ah, it might be about last night."Inuoka answered. "We were supposed to go to the washroom when we heard the girls gossiping. Lev and Yamamoto insisted, Kuroo was against it but they somehow persuaded him."

"Y-you did what now?" Yaku said clearly pissed.

"W-we only listened to them talk! N-nothing else I swear!"

"They should be fine, they always make up somehow." Kenma said while playing his game.

"True, I think we should leave this to them." Yaku agreed.

-----Time skip-----

"S-sorry about earlier, I don't know..." I looked to the side.

He stared for a few seconds and sighed before replying.  "Since we're here already I might as well."

He get up close in my face. "W-what?"

"I like you F/n." 

". . .eH?" What has my life come to? Is this real? Don't be a dream! I don't even--

"F/n, I really like you." His cat-like eyes were piercing into me. I hid my face from him.

"....too." 

"What was that?" I remove my hands and tell him again.

"I said, I like you too." A look of relief came from his eyes as he half hugged and collapsed on me.

"Kuroo-san?!"

"Ah I'm glad."

As the two were hugging in the empty hallway, another blonde was there to see the scene. He had a scowl on his face, he didn't like that mischievous cat hanging around his sister. He confronted the two.

"Kuroo-san." The boy's voice was cold. "Can we talk?"

"Tsukki?"

"Kei?"

"Don't call me that please." He said to the taller male. He flashed Y/n a slight glare, she flashed one back.  "I'll ask again, can we talk?"

"Kei-"

"Sure." 

With that Y/n left for the two of them to talk. Worry filled her mind but all she could do was trust in the both of them.

///// Boys POV \\\\\

"Was what you said all true?" Kei questioned as he leaned against the wall.

"Yes, it was." He narrowed his eyes.

"Prove it. I don't want a stupid high school guy breaking my sister, and I'll be sure as hell to make sure it won't be you." He's a tough one this guy. Kuroo thought.

"Alright, she's the reason why I smile. She's my best friend, ever since I met her we just clicked. Soon enough my heart would beat faster around her. Do I need to go on?" Kuroo said with a straight face.

He's not lying, but will he really be good for Y/n? Ugh, I don't want to be the cause of her unnhappiness...

"You promise me you better not hurt her, or else." 

"Hai, hai,I promise Megane-kun."

"Tch. We should head back."

"Or the little Hime will worry, right."

"..." Kei didn't even bother and went ahead.

I hope those two are alright. 

"Hmm? Y/n you alright?" She asks with a worried expression.

"Yeah, just fine." I said through a fake smile.

"Alright, just tell me when you feel like it." 

"Thanks B/f/n." She gave a real smile this time.

Ah, there's the girl I know. "Anytime."
