You strutted along the pebbled path, hips swaying from side to side. Tied in a braid, your (H/C) hair fluttered in the wind. Your rifle slung across your back, easily accessible. Each dainty step of yours could be on par with Aphrodite, graceful and sultry.

Gusion was resting on a branch of a tall tree when he picked up movements and the slight rustling of leaves. He saw a figure with burning (H/C) hair from a mile away. The moment the figure entered his vision, he was instantly captivated.

You continued to move forward when your senses sharpened instantly. An unknown figure lurks in the shadows. Something or more like, someone, was spying on you.

Right away, your hand reached back for your rifle, cocking it and you dove to hide behind a tree. Stealthily, you moved from tree to tree and started to close in on Gusion.

As expected of a Vance.

Deciding to make an appearance, Gusion grinned and quietly leapt down. He raised a sharp dagger to the side of your neck and whispered into your ears, "What is a pretty lady doing out here? You're partly an assassin but funny how you cannot keep up with me."

Upon hearing the husky voice, you tensed up and cursed inwardly. You have let your guard down and it slipped your mind to look up and scan the trees. You were about to raise your foot and give him a kick when the male assassin chuckled, "I would not do that if I were you."

"Who are you?" you spat out. "I have no business with you."

"Fiesty, I love it," Gusion hummed as he twirled a finger around a loose lock of hair. "Gusion is the name. What is yours, pretty lady?"

"(Y/N). Now, will you let me go?"

"You caught my eyes and I am interested in you," Gusion shrugged his shoulders.

"And what if I am not?"

"No can do, lady. Have you forgotten this?" Gusion reminded you of the dagger as he further pressed the sharp edge into your skin. "I will only let you go if you are open for introductions."

"Okay," you grounded your teeth and faintly replied. The pressure on your neck disappeared as Gusion lowered his dagger.

The two of you continued to meet in the woods until at one point, Gusion fell for you. He decided to express his feelings but your emotions is a mixture. When you heard his confession, your heart gave a small skip. Nevertheless, you decided to give it a shot.

The more you get to know one another, the stronger the stirring in your heart. Not a single day goes by where you do not yearn to see Gusion. Deep down, you knew his feelings has been reciprocated.

Your relationship became public and everyone is happy for you two. Your older sister, Lesley, gave you her good wishes but less could be said about your little brother. Whenever someone knocks on the door of the Vance's, Harley would open the door with a scowl. He was annoyed with Gusion's appearance and still could not accept you being with a prick. And, the pranks on your boyfriend continued.

The feelings Gusion have for you are sincere, and he vowed to never make you cry. He would often think of ways to show his affection for you which will end you up in a giddy and blushing mess.
