you felt soft, warm, long arms wrapped around your waist as a head restricted on top of yours. you hummed moving your arms to hold onto his.

you heard your loving husband grumble behind you as you smiled while moving your hands back to the eggs you were cooking for the small family.

"kitty, can you please set the table, breakfast is almost done" you sweetly asked turning to the black haired bed, headed male. he hummed and nodded as he went to grab plates and utensils.

"Yumi? breakfast is ready please come," you heard your husband call to your daughter in the family room.

"coming!" you heard from a high pitched voice in the other room. you giggled and pulled the eggs off the stove.

you calmly divided the small breakfast between the three people and set the extras down in the middle of the small table. you watched your husband pull out three glasses and pour coffee in two and orange juice in the third. you watched your husband set the glasses down still in his pajamas from the night before. he walked up to you and pulled you into a kiss before walking up to his seat next to you and sitting down.

the small trio all sat at the table together eating breakfast.

after a few funny conversations and a breakfast later, you cleaned all of the dishes off the table. you heard the television turn on from the room over as your lover walked back into the kitchen, and pulled you away from kitchen sink. his arms wrapped around your waist and lifted you off the ground.

with a squeal you said "kitty!" you laughed and heard you husband laugh too as he carried you in to the living room. he lightly sat down with you right by his side. he wrapped his arms around you and hummed as Yumi ran up to you and jumped onto your lap.

the loving family sat together watching yumi's cartoons for who knows how long. all we know is everyone is happy just where they are.
