[ Chapter 5 ]

I look up as Zenix look me, I smile and Nadia drag me out of the room. Down the corridor into the so called HQ.

" Nadia, loosen the cuffs " Alan said.

" What why? " Nadia asked asked she holds my arm.

" She can't show up to the place cuffed like that " Katelyn said.

" This feel much better " I see Ein with his legs up on table spinning the pen around his fingers.

" No, she is armed with a weapon " Nadia said.

I sighed.

" Fine " I feel the cuffs loosen.

" So what am I supposed to say to Jackson? "

~ Time Skip ~

" He's late " Zenix check through his phone.

" That's Jackson " I lean on the car as I see Aaron and Nadia inside the car parked at the far corner of the lot.

Adam and Katelyn inside a car parked right in front of us at the far wall.

" How did you two meet? " He asked.

" He's addicted to heroin " I said.

" As expected " he mutters.

" He's my ex " I said, he turns to me with shock.

" Didn't expect that " I said.

" So what happened in between? " He asked.

" None of your business " I said and a car drives in front of us.

Zenix straightens.

" Lean back " I said, he shrugs and lean back on the car with his hands in his pockets as my arms are crossed.

" Whatever you do, don't hesitate and lie " I said.

The car parks and a guy with blond hair and dark blue eyes climb out if the driver seat.

" I got your text " he approaches.

" That's it? " I asked.

" What? " He stood in front of me.

" Four years later I break out and that's the first thing you say " I said.

" Who's the dude? " He asked.

" A friend, he helped me to get in contact with you " I said.

" How's Ein? " He asked.

" He's back at our place, a bullet run through his shoulder " I said.

" Ouch " he smiles.

" Look, we're not here for you Jackson " Zenix said.

Jackson turns to Zenix.

" Yeah, you said you wanted to meet Trevor, why? " He turns back to me.

" I lost a lot of things when I got into that hellhole, I heard he can help me with a few things " I said.

" I can help you " he said.

" We want to meet him " Zenix said.

" Trevor is not an easy guy to contact " he said.

" What's that supposed to mean? " Zenix asked.

" He's always on the move, he could be out of country " he said.

" How do you know? " I asked.

" I've only met him once and that's the only time I get to meet for two kilos " he said.

A car parks up here.

" Your not alone " Zenix said as I see a guy with jet black hair and light blue eyes climbs out of the car from the driver seat.

" We're here to make a deal for a few kilos right?, I'm not that greedy " he said.

" Gavin " the guy said.

" Y/n " I said.

" Who's the dude? " he asked.

" A newbie " Jackson said.

" Fine, where is it? " Gavin asked.

" It's in the car " I turn around to get the so called 'kilos' when I was pinned.

" What are you doing?! " I asked as I place my hand on the car.

I see Gavin take out his gun and pointed it to Zenix.

" Just gotta make sure you don't work for the cops, happened to me once, not going to let it happen again " He said and his started patting me down.

" What?, Why would I?" I asked.

" I gotta make sure there's no wire on you " he said.

" I don't work for the cops! " I said.

I feel his hand going under my shirt.

" Just to make sure " he said and I feel his hand going around my waist then up my cleavage.

I gasp and flinched.

" Bro, you don't have to do that " Zenix said as he step forward but Gavin moves the gun making Zenix flinched and step back.

I gasp again when his hand started going inside my bra.

" I'm clean! " I push his hand away and turn around.

" No wires " I adjust my shirt, he hummed in response with a smile.

" Show me " he said.

" Put down the gun first " I said.

Gavin put away his gun and we got to the back as they follow.

" You got the money? " I asked as I take out the key to the trunk.

" Yeah, deal is a deal " Jackson said.

I insert the key and unlock it, I open it revealing Ein with a rifle gun lying down.

" Surprise Jackie " he smiles.

" You bitch! " Jackson push me away and I fell as my head hit the car.

" Agh! " I yelp holding the back of my head as I see Gavin punching Zenix.

Ein got out of the trunk and shoot them at their legs. They both fall and see Talia and Garroth pointing their guns down at them.

Talia shows their badge.

" Stay down! " She said.

" Hey " Ein put down the rifle and kneel down next to me.

" I'm fine " I sit up and he holds my head.

" Your not " he takes back his hand to see blood.

I wince.

ASMR really does help me sleep, but wifi is being a bitch.
