"Oh my god Hyuckie, you're so funny" Yeji giggled, the entire time she's been clinging onto Donghyuck, laughing at everything he said even the things that were obviously not funny. And Mark got the gist of it all, he knew exactly want she was trying to do and it pissed him off. And if looks could kill, Yeji would have already been dead by the piercing glares she was receiving from the jealous boy sitting across from her. He didn't like how close she was getting to Donghyuck, and he hated it, even more, how it made him feel every time the idiot Donghyuck whispered in her ear.

"His name is Donghyuck," Mark spoke in spite and disapproval, he didn't like how she was getting too comfortable when she only just met him.

The girl turned to Mark confused, "what?"

"I said his name is Donghyuck, not Hyuckie"

"You call him Hyuckie."

"I'm allowed too, you're not. There's a difference" The girl laughed in disbelief at what she was hearing. The whole table went quiet, ears all directed towards the three at the end of the table.

"What are we, in primary school?" She mocked before turning to Donghyuck, who was sending Mark 'don't fuck this up for me' gestures with his hands. "...You don't mind do you, Hyuckie?" She fluttered her eyes in an attempt to seduce him which worked 100%.

"Of course, you can, you can call me whatever you like" Donghyck flirted back, throwing his arm around her and pulling her close to him, which she absolutely loved. Yeji turned to Mark who sat in his seat, drowning in rage, and mouthed the words 'I win' with a stupid smug smile on her face. This completely threw Mark over the edge, he furiously got up off his seat causing his chair to fly back aggressively, and stood there glaring at Donghyuck who was now looking back at him with a confused expression along with everyone else seated on the table but Yeji. She enjoyed getting a reaction out of him, she assumed something was up between them since earlier in the day, but she wasn't completely sure until now. "Mark... What are you doing?" Donghyuck questioned, completely oblivious to the situation.

Mark scoffed before packing his things up and leaving without a word of goodbye.

The sulking boy hadn't realized he came here by car until he was two blocks away from the restaurant. Oh well, he needed the walk to clear his head. What the hell even happened? Donghyuck was acting so differently, which was such a turn-off for Mark. Plus, why was she latching on to him so much? And who allowed that idiot to enjoy it as much as he did?

'...Especially in front of me. Donghyuck can be really dense at times but he's gone too far this time... but what did he even do,  he did what was natural for a guy to do when he's with a girl...

Why am I even this affected by it? This is so dumb and embarrassing, getting mad on my own and causing a scene. Everyone must have thought I was weird.'

Mark sighed heavily at his thoughts, he knew he had no right to be mad like this, Donghyuck doesn't belong to him nor does he owe him anything. He was just being emotional, however, he can't help but boil up inside just from the thought of her touching him.

The brooding boy had found an empty park nearby, which was in his favor because he didn't want to be around anyone right now. Dragging his feet, Mark made his way over to the swings and sat down, allowing himself to be lost in his thoughts. So lost he hadn't heard his name being called out serval times.

Breaking out of his train of thought, Mark jumped in surprise at the jacket that was suddenly placed on his head. He pulled the jacket down and realize it belonged to him... but how did it get here...?

"Don't tell me you came all the way here to cry?" Teased a familiar voice from behind. Mark shot his head around instantly and met lips with the very person he wanted to punch in the face. However, it was a kiss he certainly was craving all day.

He is a simple man, although he was mad, this simple act of attention made his heart flutter from joy.

The older boy moved away to get a better look, his eyes defiantly weren't playing tricks. Donhyuck was really standing there.

"What are you doing here?" He asked, getting off the swing and dusting off the invisible dust from his knees.

"Well, you looked like you were going to punch me but then ran off. So I ran after you." He explained as he made his way over to Mark. Although he didn't understand why Mark was acting the way he was, it still hurt him. He cared deeply for Mark, so seeing how the older boy was visibly upset, didn't sit right with him.

"But what about Yeji-"

"At the restaurant." He smiled. Mark cringed at himself, it's weird, the type of effect the younger boy had on Mark was unexplainable. That smile made every single anger he had in his body disappear. Donghyuck walked closer to the older boy, grabbing his waist he pulled him closer to himself.

"You better go, don't want to keep your princess waiting 'hyuckie' ", Mark spoke sarcastically, placing an emphasis on the younger's nickname, he pushed the tan boy off himself.

At this point, Mark was going against his heart which yearned for his friend. Donghyuck was out of line for the way he was acting... And for the way he made him feel especially after everything that had previously taken place between them.

The younger boy stood in his place, annoyance growing impatiently inside of him. Mark's being unreasonable again. "What the hell's been up with you? You've been acting weird since we got to the restaurant"

"Me?! You're going to stand there and tell me I'm the one acting weird. YOU'RE the one acting differently. Get a girl to notice you once and you forgot to humble yourself." Mark was practically yelling at this point. All the anger that had disappeared a minute ago found its way back into his heart.

"So what if I'm enjoying being with a girl? What's it got to do with you?!" Mark cringed at the last question, he was right. Why was Mark even mad for?..."No way, you're jealous?"

Bingo.

"No!" The latter denied.

Donghyuck laughed in bitterness, "Yeah, you are! Unbelievable! Stop acting like a girl!" He shoved the older boy.

"Shut up!" Mark exclaimed, shoving Donghyuck back.

"I'm sorry, did I miss the part where we were in a relationship?" He yelled back, once again shoving Mark away.

"I said shut up!"

"I didn't realize how gay you were for me"

That was the last straw, Mark threw a punch that held all the frustration and anger he had built up and landed on Donghyuck's cheek causing him to tumble over. Mark didn't hesitate as he pounced at the younger boy, and started throwing more punches.

They've never physically fought until now. Mark was on top of Donghyuck, throwing one punch after another whereas Donghyuck was trying to cover his face to block most of the punches. Mark knew he had no reason to be this mad. He knew everything Donghyuck said was right, Mark was jealous, he felt intimated by Yeji and was scared she was going to mess up whatever he had with Donghuyck, and out of cowardness, he acted like a spoiled brat.

More than anything, Mark hated himself. He hated that he didn't know how to talk about his feelings, perhaps if he had they wouldn't be here fighting. Furthermore, he hated that he was even jealous in the first place and he hated that he fell in love with his best friend.

A minute into their brawl, the two boys were broken apart by their members who came looking for them. Johnny pulled Mark away while Taeil pulled away Donghyuck.

"What the hell are you two doing?!" Yelled the group leader, standing in between them. "Have you both gone crazy?!"

"Yeah Mark, HAVE YOU!" Donghyuck yelled from the other side, with a bruised cheek and bloody nose.

"Don't ever speak to me again!" Mark yelled back, completely disregarding Taeyong.

"Glady!" The younger boy spat back.
