A hero's vigilante

It had been a year since Rachel and Shota became friends and slowly their love for each other started to grow for each other.

Two girls were fighting over something really stupid. SUDDENLY, a mysterious figure swung down to stop them but instead crashed into the trash. The two girls looked at the person with confusion.

The person was non other then Rachel. "Didn't hurt!" "Who are you?" "I am the archer, Artemis!" "The archer? What kind of lame name is that?" "No, Artemis!" "Okay the Archer." Rachel signed annoyed that no one was getting her name.

Then Scott came and started interrogating them and asking to see their teeth. Apparently they were arguing about a boy. Rachel just sweat dropped about this and how stupid they were.

Then a villain with bright yellow teeth and attacked them. Scott was excited while Rachel just looked at him like he grew another head. They started fighting the villain while the girls just kept telling them to stop because that was the boy they were fighting over.

Jade came and explained to them that the boy had used a dangerous drug that makes peoples quirks get stronger but it turns the user into a wild animal but the girls didn't listen and used their quirks on them.

After Scott and Rachel were done, Rachel used a Tranq dart on them because she was tired of them complaining. Jade placed the girls on a bench while Scott and Rachel dealt with the boy.

Scott looked for an ID while Rachel took a picture of his face and teeth. Then Rachel saw a familiar face running towards them and that's when they knew they had to scram. When Eraser got there the group already left. The two girls were waking up and started complaining to Eraser about the trio for beating up the boy. Eraser didn't really care the other witnesses said that the boy was going wild and attacking people, so in reality the girls were just concerned about the boy getting beat up not that he was attacking people.

Back at the cafe, the family was working to pay rent and to eat. The bell rang and Eraser came In looking annoyed. He sat at the bar and orders coffee. Rachel was concerned about him, so she made him his coffee and gave it to him. "Is everything okay?" "No." "Wanna talk about it?" Eraser signed and said. "I was on patrol when I heard someone screaming, when I ran to the scene I saw half the vigilante family." "Who?" "The vigilante family. Their a family of four who do vigilantism, I didn't name them that the police did, anyway they spilt before I could get them one of them used a tranq drat on two girls because the girls said that the female shot them with blowgun and went on to say that they were beating up the boy for no reason but according to witnesses they said that the boy took some yellow pills and started acting like a wild animal and that the two girls were fighting each other and that two of the vigilante family were trying to stop them and the boy but the two girls used the quirks on them. The witnesses said that the two that were fighting the boy didn't use their quirks, so their in the clear, for now."

The Maxwell family signed in relief in their head and went back to work. Rachel asked Eraser. "So, what are the vigilante family names?" "The father is calling himself Sports master, the mother is calling herself the hunter, the oldest girl is calling herself Cheshire and the other girl, I'm not sure what to call her." Rachel raised a brow and asked. "Why?" "I haven't heard her name yet. Those two girls kept calling her The archer but I don't think that's her name." Rachel was relived that he didn't call her by that name. It was a stupid name, she clearly said her name Artemis.

She was cleaning the counter while Eraser was rubbing his temples to get rid of a headache. After awhile Eraser asked. "How are you doing Rachel?" "Fine, the cafe has been slow, nothing to report but other then that I'm fine." Eraser nodded while grabbing his wallet and payed for the coffee and left.

After they closed Scott and Elizabeth went on patrol while the girls stayed at home. Jade was watching the News while Rachel was laying on her hammock looking at the ceiling looking sad. Jade noticed it and turned the TV low, she turned to her sister and asked. "What's got my little sister in the dumps?" "Nothing." Jade looked at her for awhile then finally realized what was going on. "Is it about a certain Shota Aizawa?" Rachel's cheeks got red. "N-No it has n-nothing to do w-with S-Shota!" Jade had a knowing look that said 'I know your lying just tell me' Rachel signed and said. "I think I'm in love with him." "I knew it."

Rachel looked at her with wide eyes and opened mouth wanting her to explain. "I knew for a long time since I saw you bump into each other and every time he visits you have a sparkle in your eyes every time you see and you check him out every he drops something on the floor and bends over to pick it up." Rachel's face was was beet red and steam was coming out of her ears. She looked down and started twirling a piece of her hair. "It's not like I can date him if he doesn't feel the same and if he finds out I'm a vigilante then he'll just think the only reason I'm dating him was because I could use him."

Jade looked at her with a deadpanned look and said. "Okay 1: if he ever finds out he knows you, you don't is people for your own personal gain and 2: you must be stupid to think he doesn't feel same, I've seen how he looks at you every time your back is turned and get this every time you bend over he looks away with red cheeks, he is totally into you."

Rachel looks down thinking about what Jade said while Jade watched the news. 'Could we be together? But even if we could together, he wouldn't feel the same.' Rachel pulled out her phone and started playing a game called ice cream roll.

With Eraserhead, he and present Mic were watching an interview with the boy that took the pills, apparently his quirk was weak and wanted to be stronger so a guy in a hoodie gave him the pills. Eraser and Present Mic were walking down the hall when Present Mic asked. "You okay? You've been spacing out a lot." Eraser signed and replayed. "I don't know what's wrong with me, my head isn't in the right place where I want it to be." Eraser looked down while Present Mic put his hand on his chin and looked up. "Could it beeee... you fell In love?!"

Eraser stopped abruptly and froze while His friend started to skip. "Oh my tail is swinging maybe I'm in love, La la- what?! Hababa." Eraser started to walk away trying to avoid the obvious thing that he knew. "Are you serious?! You! Who's never had a girlfriend since the beginning of never! Wow! You really have changed." "Oh will you just let it go?!" "HIS IN LOVE-!!!" He started to sing while Eraser was just down right embarrassed by his friend.

Eraser signed in relief when they finally got to their destination. Eraser blushed when Midnight asked what was Present Mic was singing about when Present Mic replied very loudly that he was in love with someone and Midnight started to join before the meeting started. Let's just say if the detective didn't say anything then Eraser was going to strangle the two little birdies.

The meeting was about the Vigilante family and was asking the hero's to ask the witnesses of what the thought of the Vigilantes. Eraser didn't want to do it but he had to. He just wanted to go home then he thought that if he had someone to help him then it would go faster and he would go home and sleep.

The detective said that they could get help from a friend but not a hero. Then he thought of the Maxwell family, maybe one of them would help him, but he was worried about Scott he gave a violent Aura, so one of the girls would do. So tomorrow he would ask them if they could help him with this. He smiled a little thinking about Rachel smile and eyes. Present Mic was right, he was in love.
